The said protection schemes have been developed to control the moving contacts using intelligent algorithms for tripping overall load against phase to ground faults occurring within the system. The related works have introduced Trapezoidal and Triangular membership functions as input to the fuzzy inference system. It is also found that the Fuzzy Logic Controller has been designed by taking two inputs as current and voltage. The output membership function has been preferred by implementing Trapezoidal and Gaussian membership functions. In this paper</span><i><span>,</span></i><span> a new concept based </span><span>over current</span><span> protection scheme has been introduced. </span><span>Intelligent</span><span> relaying technique has been used to trip a particular load against over current fault by introducing multistage cascaded intelligent relaying. Therefore, we propose to assess the radi... Ionizing radiation is widely used in medical practice for both diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. However, they are not devoid of adverse health effects on exposed operators. Therefore, we propose to assess the radiological risk of the interventional radiology team of the International Polyclinic of Indénié of Abidjan during the procedures of Embolization of uterine fibromyomas. The effective and equivalent doses to the extremities and crystals were estimated by TLD dosimeters positioned at different body areas selected on the basis of a radiological analysis of the exposure of personnel during five procedures. The analysis of fluoroscopic and record times showed variability in or an average fluoroscopy time of 32.37 min with extremes of 25.14 to 56.32 min;average record time of 0.52 min with extremes of 0.12 min to 1 min. The annual effective doses were respectively, 4.04 mSv, 3.42 mSv, 2.84 mSv;2.28 mSv, in the Radiologist (R), Operator Assistant (O2);Anesthesiologist (A2), Manipulator (M2). The annual equivalent doses to the radiologist’s predominant extremities and lenses were left index and left lens with values of 37.07 mSv and 9.46 mSv. The estimated doses in our study are reassuring from a regulatory point of view of dose limits. The results of our work have shown no significant short-term danger to the health of personnel. 展开更多

A Study of Solid-Free Drilling Fluid for Tight Gas Reservoirs 认领

This project is explaining a laboratory development of a solid free drilling fluid formula that could be potentially used in tight gas reservoirs. The configuration of the weak gel fluid WGL-1, which is resistant to high temperature and high salt, was tested, and concluded that its gelling properties, salt and temperature resistance, and environmental protection were all in line with industry requirements. The final drilling fluid formula was developed as: water + (0.3% ~ 0.5%) NaOH + 5% KCl + 2% WGL-1 + 5% NaCl + (1.0% ~ 2.0%) HBFR Anti-high temperature fluid loss agent + 2% Polyol + (1.5% ~ 2.0%) SDL-1 Lubricant + 0.4% A4O1. The performance of the liquid was tested for temperature resistance, inhibition, gas formation protection effect, plugging performance, and static settlement stability. It was concluded that the temperature resistance performance is satisfied at 150°C, and the cuttings recovery rate is as high as 96.78%. It has good performance in inhibiting water dispersion and swelling of cuttings. The permeability recovery value reaches 88.9%, which meets the requirements of gas formation protection. The SSSI value shows that its settlement stability is good;under high temperature and high pressure, its sealing performance is good. This drilling fluid system has achieved the expected results and laid a foundation for further promoting the development of solid-free drilling fluid systems. The future development direction of solid-free drilling fluids is pointed out, to the improvement of properties to be applied in high temperature environment and have high salt resistance capacity. 展开更多

Development and Evaluation of an Optical Sensing System for Detection of Herbicide Spray Droplets 认领

Real time monitoring of herbicide spray droplet drift is important for crop production management and environmental protection. Existing spray droplet drift detection methods, such as water-sensitive paper and tracers of fluorescence and Rubidium chloride, are time-consuming and laborious, and the accuracies are not high in general. Also, the tracer methods indirectly quantify the spray deposition from the concentration of the tracer and may change the drift characteristics of the sprayed herbicides. In this study, a new optical sensor system was developed to directly detect the spray droplets without the need to add any tracer in the spray liquid. The system was prototyped using a single broadband programmable LED light source and a near infrared sensor containing 6 broadband spectral detectors at 610, 680, 730, 760, 810, and 860 nm to build a detection system for monitoring and analysis of herbicide spray droplet drift. A rotatory structure driven by a stepper motor in the system was created to shift the droplet capture line going under the optical sensor to measure and collect the spectral signals that reflect spray drift droplets along the line. The system prototype was tested for detection of small (Very Fine and Fine), medium (Medium), and large (Coarse) droplets within the droplet classifications of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. Laboratory testing results indicated that the system could detect the droplets of different sizes and determine the droplet positions on the droplet capture line with 100% accuracy at the wavelength of 610 nm selected from the 6 bands to detect the droplets. 展开更多

The core of composite cooling material powder is super absorbent polymer, composing with metal salt, polysaccharide hydrosol and inorganic particles and other modifiers through a series of composite process, which can be easily stored for a long time. When needed, the powder can be mixed with water to obtain a kind of thixotropic hydrogel in a very short time. Experimental results show this thermal protection technology with thixotropic ability has excellent thermal protection performance, meanwhile flexible, adhesive and low cost, which exerts instantaneous cooling, efficient thermal protection and long-lasting flame-retardant protection. 展开更多

目的探讨纳米炭甲状旁腺负显影辨认保护技术的应用对甲状腺全切除术时甲状旁腺的保护价值。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年5月收治的30例疑似甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者,对30例甲状腺癌患者随机平均分为常规组和纳米炭组,比较两组术中辨认... 目的探讨纳米炭甲状旁腺负显影辨认保护技术的应用对甲状腺全切除术时甲状旁腺的保护价值。方法方便选取该院2018年1月—2019年5月收治的30例疑似甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者,对30例甲状腺癌患者随机平均分为常规组和纳米炭组,比较两组术中辨认甲状旁腺的数目,自体移植甲状旁腺的数目,手术时间,术后第1天血钙、甲状旁腺激素水平,清扫淋巴结数目的情况。结果30例患者全部由同组手术者施行甲状腺全切和中央区淋巴结清扫术或功能性侧区颈部淋巴结清扫术。其中常规组术中辨认甲状旁腺数目共38枚,纳米炭组术中辨认甲状旁腺数目共50枚;常规组自体移植旁腺数目6枚,纳米炭组自体移植旁腺数目10枚;常规组手术时间(230.00±21.30)min,较纳米炭组手术时间(202.00±20.06)min长,差异有统计学意义(t=3.706,P<0.05);常规组术后第1天血钙(1.98±0.11)mmol/L,低于纳米炭组术后第1天血钙(2.15±0.13)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.866,P<0.05);一过性低钙血症发生11例(73.33%),发生率高于纳米炭组1例(6.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.889,P<0.05);常规组术后第1天甲状旁腺激素(1.48±0.25)pmol/L,低于纳米炭组术后第1天甲状旁腺激素(2.36±0.39)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=7.357,P<0.05);甲状旁腺激素暂时性减低发生12例(80.00%),发生率高于纳米炭组2例(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.393,P<0.05);常规组清扫淋巴结数目30/116枚,纳米炭组清扫淋巴结数目51/209枚。结论纳米负显影辨认保护技术的应用能够有助于对甲状腺癌切除和清扫手术患者的甲状旁腺进行保护,大大降低了甲状旁腺在手术过程中出现的损伤,对于患者的康复来说有积极意义。同时纳米碳易获得、使方便,安全高,无明显副作用,该方法在临床实际工作中易于掌握、安全性高。 展开更多

[Objectives]To protect cultivated land and ensure national food security and to forecast the cultivated land area of China and the provinces(cities)in 2030,2035 and 2050.[Methods]Based on the cultivated land area data of the whole country and provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2009 to 2017,the OLS model is used to forecast the cultivated land area of China and the provinces(cities)in 2030,2035 and 2050.[Results]The results show that the predicted area of cultivated land in 2030,2035 and 2050 is 134.0886,133.7856 and 132.8764 million ha,respectively,showing an obvious decreasing trend.The national cultivated land scale predicted in this paper can meet the requirements of the 2030 national cultivated land retention target set in the National Land Planning Outline(2016-2030).However,in the total area of existing cultivated land,there is still a certain area of sloping cultivated land(accounting for about 4%of the total cultivated land area,it is appropriate to gradually return farmland to forest).At the same time,nearly 20%of the cultivated land has been polluted,and the low-quality cultivated land accounts for about 22%of the total cultivated land.[Conclusions]The situation of cultivated land protection in the whole country is not rosy.For this reason,some measures and suggestions are put forward:strengthening land consolidation,striving to improve the quality of cultivated land,and appropriately increasing new cultivated land;strengthening the protection of cultivated land resources and strictly controlling the reduction of cultivated land. 展开更多

目的调查急诊工作者血源性职业暴露和应对方式,了解该群体的职业防护情况。方法抽取某市5家三甲医院142名急诊工作者进行调查研究,调查工具包括《急诊工作者血源性职业暴露现状调查表》、《简易应对方式问卷》、《急诊工作者职业防护氛... 目的调查急诊工作者血源性职业暴露和应对方式,了解该群体的职业防护情况。方法抽取某市5家三甲医院142名急诊工作者进行调查研究,调查工具包括《急诊工作者血源性职业暴露现状调查表》、《简易应对方式问卷》、《急诊工作者职业防护氛围调查表》(C-HSCS)。结果急诊工作者在过去12个月中血源性职业暴露发生率为37.04%,其中以锐器伤暴露发生率最高为41.48%,口鼻暴露发生率最低为7.69%;医生、护士和检验人员间血源性职业暴露情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。暴露组积极应对方式评分低于非暴露组,消极应对评分高于非暴露组(P<0.05)。全组C-HSCS总均分为(3.76±0.46)分,暴露组的C-HSCS评分均低于非暴露组(P<0.05)。结论急诊工作者血源性职业暴露风险较高,应对方式及防护行为均有待提高;加强防护意识与行为培训、改善医院防护安全氛围非常必要。 展开更多

Autophagy is crucial for maintaining cellular homeostasis,and can be activated after ischemic stroke.It also participates in nerve injury and repair.The purpose of this study was to investigate whether an enriched environment has neuroprotective effects through affecting autophagy.A Sprague-Dawley rat model of transient ischemic stroke was prepared by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery followed by reperfusion.One week after surgery,these rats were raised in either a standard environment or an enriched environment for 4 successive weeks.The enriched environment increased Beclin-1 expression and the LC3-II/LC3-I ratio in the autophagy/lysosomal pathway in the penumbra of middle cerebral artery-occluded rats.Enriched environment-induced elevations in autophagic activity were mainly observed in neurons.Enriched environment treatment also promoted the fusion of autophagosomes with lysosomes,enhanced the lysosomal activities of lysosomal-associated membrane protein 1,cathepsin B,and cathepsin D,and reduced the expression of ubiquitin and p62.After 4 weeks of enriched environment treatment,neurological deficits and neuronal death caused by middle cerebral artery occlusion/reperfusion were significantly alleviated,and infarct volume was significantly reduced.These findings suggest that neuronal autophagy is likely the neuroprotective mechanism by which an enriched environment promotes recovery from ischemic stroke.This study was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of the Kunming University of Science and Technology,China(approval No.5301002013855)on March 1,2019. 展开更多

Sodium metal anodes have attracted significant attention due to their high specific capacity,low redox potential and abundant resources.However,the dendrites and unstable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)of sodium anodes restrict the development of sodium metal batteries.This review includes the recent progress on the Na anode protection in sodium metal batteries.The strategies are summarized as modified three-dimensional current collectors,artificial solid electrolyte interphases,and electrolyte modifications.Conclusions and perspectives are envisaged for the further understanding and development of Na metal anodes. 展开更多
