基于智能算法的光-储发电资源动态调度方法 认领

Dynamic Scheduling Method of Optical Storage Power Generation Resources Based on Intelligent Algorithm

摘要 为优化发电资源调度后剩余资源率较高、输出功率不稳定的问题,提出基于智能算法的光-储发电资源动态调度方法。通过构建的光-储发电系统拓扑结构分配电站功率,分配过程中寻找最佳均衡点,保证光-储发电资源动态调度处于功率均衡状态。考虑均衡状态约束条件,计算功率均衡状态下资源调度最优个体适应度目标函数,明确资源选取约束范围。优化模仿者动态学习智能算法,构建发电资源动态调度模型。仿真结果证明,与传统方法相比提出方法SLA违背率低于25%、剩余资源率低于13%、资源调度后输出功率稳定。 Due to the high residual resource ratio and unstable output power after generation resource scheduling,this paper proposes a dynamic scheduling method of photovoltaic storage generation resources based on intelligent al-gorithm.The power of the power station was distributed via the construction of optical storage power generation system topology.In the process of distribution,the optimal equilibrium point was found for ensuring that the dynamic sched-uling of optical storage power generation resources was in power equilibrium state.Associating with the equilibrium state constraints,the objective function of optimal individual fitness of resource scheduling under power balance state was calculated to clarify the resource selection constraint range.The simulation results show that the SLA violation rate of the proposed method is much lower than that of the traditional method,which is as low as 25%,the residual resource rate is less than 13%,and the output power is stable after resource scheduling.
