超声波辅助提取大豆粗脂肪技术用于大豆粗脂肪酸值测定的可行性研究 认领 被引量:1

摘要 国标法检测大豆粗脂肪酸值时,索氏抽提法提取大豆粗脂肪耗时长、操作繁琐。本实验论证了超声波辅助技术替代索氏抽提法提取大豆粗脂肪,可以大大缩短大豆粗脂肪酸值检测时间。通过比对,两种方法测得的酸值的线性相关系数达到0.9959,且两种方法制取的大豆油脂肪酸组成种类和含量均无显著差异。因此,可以利用超声波辅助提取大豆脂肪快速检测大豆粗脂肪酸值。 Soxhlet extraction is a time-consuming and cumbersome method to extract crude fat from soybean when testing crude fatty acid value of soybean by national standard method. Soxhlet extraction was replaced by ultrasound-assisted extraction to extract crude soybean fat. It can greatly shorten the detection time of crude fatty acid value of soybean. By comparison,the linear correlation coefficients of acid values measured by the two methods were 0.995 9,and there was no significant difference in the types and contents of fatty acids in soybean oil prepared by the two methods. Therefore,ultrasonic-assisted extraction of soybean fat can be used to quickly detect the crude fatty acid value of soybean.
