基于妇科生殖疾病古方探讨肾主生殖理论 预览

目的:基于调治妇科生殖疾病古方,分析用药规律特点,探讨肾主生殖理论。方法:筛选调治妇科生殖疾病的古方,基于关联分析方法,统计分析高频单味药、药物组和关联药物,分析性味归经、功效等规律特点,结合妇科生殖疾病特点探讨肾主生殖理论... 目的:基于调治妇科生殖疾病古方,分析用药规律特点,探讨肾主生殖理论。方法:筛选调治妇科生殖疾病的古方,基于关联分析方法,统计分析高频单味药、药物组和关联药物,分析性味归经、功效等规律特点,结合妇科生殖疾病特点探讨肾主生殖理论。结果:共收集2679首方剂,涉及616味中药,调治生殖疾病的药物以补益气血、滋补肝肾、补肾填精、疏肝理气为主,药性偏温热;药味以甘为主,归经以脾、肾、肝经为主;妇科生殖疾病多精血气血亏虚,有气滞、痰湿的病理存在。古方多从补肾填精直接补益生殖器官;通过补益气血,滋养后天之本脾胃,间接调补生殖机能;通过肝脏疏泄精血、调节脾肾,调治生殖疾病与经产胎孕。在单味药、单方、药物组和关联药物组中,调补功效占据最多,也说明调补肾脏对生殖疾病的影响。结论:古方药物的数据挖掘,佐证了肾主生殖理论的重要性,肾脏发挥主生殖功效,离不开其他脏腑的协同作用。 展开更多

Serial Ultrasonographic Measurements to Estimate Age and Viability in <i>Bos indicus</i>Embryos 预览

Early pregnancy diagnosis is a very important routine management to identify non-pregnant cows in order to keep an optimum reproductive efficiency both for dairy and beef cows. Ultrasound equipment allows estimating the viability and size of the embryo during early gestation. With the aim of assessing age and viability of Bos indicus embryos between 24 and 35 days of gestation, 55 cows were divided into 4 clusters. These clusters were conformed according to the first day that an echogenic structure was seen inside the embryonic vesicle (Group 1: day 24, Group 2: day 26, Group 3: day 27 and Group 4: day 28). The age of the embryos was estimated from the date of AI. Three progressive serial measurements of their length were made within 2 to 5 days. With a model GEE (Generalized Estimating Equations), the effect of days was evaluated to compare the second measurement with the first one and the former with the third observation. No differences in the size of the embryos were observed between the first evaluation (24 days) and the second (28 days) (P = 0.387). Also, simple linear regression analysis found a positive linear association between the size of the embryo and gestation days (R2 = 0.593) with an average growth of 0.078 cm per day (P = 0.001). In conclusion, the variation between measurements at a given time does not allow estimating with precision the exact day of gestation. Nonetheless, serial measurements are useful to estimate the healthy growth of the embryo from day 26 of gestation. 展开更多

人工繁育白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的最适温度条件 预览

为明确温度对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao寄生情况、子代生长发育和繁殖的影响,在室内21、24、27、30和33℃共5个恒温条件下,以麻竖毛天牛Thyestilla gebleri幼虫为寄主,测定了不同温度下白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的寄生率... 为明确温度对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao寄生情况、子代生长发育和繁殖的影响,在室内21、24、27、30和33℃共5个恒温条件下,以麻竖毛天牛Thyestilla gebleri幼虫为寄主,测定了不同温度下白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的寄生率、寄生成功率,产卵前期、卵、幼虫、茧蛹和整个幼期阶段的发育历期、发育速率、子代数量以及性比等生物学参数。结果显示,随着温度的升高,白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂对寄主幼虫的寄生率和寄生成功率有所提高,寄生率在30℃时达到最高,为100%,寄生成功率在27℃和30℃均达到最高,为93.33%;当温度超过30℃时,二者均分别下降至73.3%和60%。随着温度升高,子代数量从58头/窝(21℃)显著增多至91.14头/窝(30℃);当温度高于30℃时,羽化数量开始大幅度下降至52.5/窝(33℃)。在21~33℃范围内,白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的产卵前期随温度升高呈递减趋势;幼虫、茧蛹及整个幼期阶段的发育速率均随着温度的升高而加快,而卵的发育速率在27℃时最快。表明人工繁殖白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的最适温度范围为27~30℃,研究结果为提高该蜂的人工繁育效率以及优化野外释放策略提供了重要依据。 展开更多

In this paper, we focus on investigating the stochastic stability and the regime transition between the endangered state and the boom state for a time-delayed insect growth system driven by correlated external and internal noises. By use of the Fokker Planck equation, the method of small time delay approximation and the fast descent method, we explore in detail the joint action of noise terms and time delay on the mean reproduction and depression time for the insect population. Our investigations indicate that the pseudo-resonance phenomenon of the mean first-passage time (MFPT) occurs because of the impact of different noises and time delay. Through the numerical calculation, it is discovered that multiplicative noise can speed up the shift of the insect population from the boom state to the endangered one, while the noise correlation and time delay can propel the insect system to evolve from the endangered state to the boom state and improve the biological stability. In addition, the impact of the additive noise on the stability of the biological system depends on the positive and negative situation of the noise correlation. On the other hand, during the process of suppressing the insect explosion, it is beneficial to the pest control to amplify the association noise strength and weaken the intensities of the multiplicative, additive noises and time delay. However, during the process of eliminating the pests, it can produce nice effect on the disinsection to increase time delay, the intensities of multiplicative and additive noises and weaken the strength of noise correlation. 展开更多

Apomixis is an asexual reproduction way of plants that can produce clonal offspring through seeds.In this study,we introduced apomixis into rice(Oryza sativa)by mutating OsSPO11-1,OsREC8,OsOSD1,and OsMATL through a CRISPR/Cas9 system.The quadruple mutant showed a transformation from meiosis to mitosis and produced clonal diploid gametes.With mutated Osmatl,which gives rise to haploid induction in plants,the quadruple mutant is expected to be able to be produced apomictic diploid offspring.We named this quadruple mutant as AOP(Apomictic Offspring Producer)for its ability to produce apomictic offspring. 展开更多

儿茶酚、香豆素是植物的次生代谢物质对桃蚜等有拒食功能,但是对豌豆蚜的作用尚未见报道。为了明确儿茶酚、香豆素对红、绿色型豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum)生理的影响。本研究采用人工饲料喂养技术测定了豌豆蚜的生理指标。结果表明:... 儿茶酚、香豆素是植物的次生代谢物质对桃蚜等有拒食功能,但是对豌豆蚜的作用尚未见报道。为了明确儿茶酚、香豆素对红、绿色型豌豆蚜(Acyrthosiphon pisum)生理的影响。本研究采用人工饲料喂养技术测定了豌豆蚜的生理指标。结果表明:随着两种物质浓度的增加,两种色型蚜虫的存活率、繁殖率都在显著下降,但在相对日均体重增长率之间差异不明显。香豆素对红色型的繁殖率影响比对绿色型的更加明显。红色型在60mg·L-1处理时已经为零,而绿色型在100mg·L-1时依然有繁殖。红色型的存活率、产蚜率、平均产蚜量比绿色型的更容易受到儿茶酚的影响,在儿茶酚浓度最高时红色型的存活率在时间顺序上分别是73.30±1.50%,20.00±0.00%,0.00±0.00%,绿色型的为66.60±0.80%,26.7±2.00%,3.30±0.10%。而在儿茶酚浓度最低时红色型的平均产蚜量、产蚜率为3.70%±0.80%,16.70±0.60%,绿色型为9.00±0.60%,30.0±0.70%。这说明绿色型比红色型对香豆素、儿茶酚的耐受性更好。 展开更多

Eff ect of diet on the development, survival, and reproduction of the calanoid copepod Pseudodiaptomus dubia 预览

In this study, group... Pseudodiaptomus dubia is a calanoid copepod abundant in the mariculture ponds of southern China. However, our understanding of the population dynamics of P . dubia in aquaculture ponds is limited. In this study, groups of larval P . dubia were each fed a diff erent microalgal species, and the eff ects of these diff erent diets on development, survival, and reproduction were assessed. The fi ve microalgae used were species common in aquaculture farms in China, and included two chlorophytes ( Chlorella saccharophila and Platymonas subcordiformis ), one golden microalga ( Isochrysis zhanjiangensis ), and two diatoms ( Chaetoceros muelleri and Cyclotella meneghiniana ). Our results indicated that C . saccharophila was not a suitable food for larval P . dubia , as all larvae fed this microalga died at stage III (as copepodites). The survival rates of P . dubia larvae fed C . muelleri , I . zhanjiangensis , and P . subcordiformis were signifi cantly higher than that of larvae fed C . meneghiniana . In the adult stage, copepods fed C . muelleri , I . zhanjiangensis , and C . meneghiniana produced more nauplii (430-566 nauplii/female), had higher intrinsic growth rates (0.2- 0.253/d), and better longevity (59-60 days) than those fed P . subcordiformis . Our results therefore suggest that P . dubia has diff erent nutritional needs and food preferences at diff erent life stages. For example, P . subcordiformis was suitable for developing larvae but not for breeding adults, while C . meneghiniana was suitable for breeding adults but not for developing larvae. Both C . muelleri and I . zhanjiangensis were excellent foods for P . dubia throughout the entire life cycle. 展开更多

Anthropogenic activities are likely to cause global warming.Global warming will affect marine productivity and thus food availability for marine organisms.Both the seawater temperature and food availability affect benthic foraminifera,the most abundant marine calcareous microorganisms.Therefore,a laboratory culture experiment was conducted on Cymbaloporetta plana to understand the coupled effect of temperature(25°C,27°C,30°C)and food(102±5,203±9,305±14,407±18,508±23 diatom cells).At all temperatures,growth increased with increase in food.The specimens subjected to 27°C temperature attained the maximum growth and those subjected to 25°C were the smallest.All specimens fed with 508±23 cells reproduced,0irrespective of temperature.Of all the specimens without food,40%at 27°C and 20%at 25°C reproduced,whereas specimens subjected to 30°C did not reproduce.The 100%rate of reproduction at 27°C suggests that it is the optimum temperature for growth and reproduction.All the specimens at 30°C and without additional food,died,whereas at 25°C and 27°C,the mortality rate was 80%and 60%,respectively.The limited growth and reproduction with decreasing food clearly indicates that food availability also controls the growth and reproduction of shallow water benthic foraminifer C.plana.Therefore,warming coupled with decreasing productivity is likely to severely affect the growth and abundance of shallow water benthic foraminifera. 展开更多

阿根廷滑柔鱼是典型的头足类,资源生物量与其生长发育过程中营养物质积累及生殖投入密切相关。为了获知雌性阿根廷滑柔鱼性腺发育各阶段的脂肪酸组成及其变化特点,研究采用氯仿甲醇法和气相色谱法检测分析胴体、消化腺和卵巢的脂肪酸种... 阿根廷滑柔鱼是典型的头足类,资源生物量与其生长发育过程中营养物质积累及生殖投入密切相关。为了获知雌性阿根廷滑柔鱼性腺发育各阶段的脂肪酸组成及其变化特点,研究采用氯仿甲醇法和气相色谱法检测分析胴体、消化腺和卵巢的脂肪酸种类及其含量。结果表明,雌性阿根廷滑柔鱼胴体、消化腺和卵巢3个组织的脂肪酸均以多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)为主,饱和脂肪酸(SFA)次之,单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)的总含量最低。胴体组织的脂肪酸种类最全面,共检测出28种脂肪酸,消化腺和卵巢分别检测出21种和17种脂肪酸。检测发现3个组织中SFA均以C16∶0脂肪酸最为丰富,MUFA以C18∶1n9c和C20∶1脂肪酸为主,PUFA的DHA(C22∶6n3)最丰富,EPA(C20∶5n3)次之。胴体的SFA和MUFA在成熟期达到最大值,在产卵期显著降低;消化腺的PUFA保持相对稳定水平,但是其含量显著低于胴体和卵巢;卵巢持续积累脂肪酸,在产卵期时MUFA和PUFA显著降低。研究表明,雌性阿根廷滑柔鱼胴体、消化腺和性腺3个组织的脂肪酸种类具有组织特殊性,而主要脂肪酸具有一致性。性腺发育过程中,胴体的SFA和MUFA可能转化为能量供给卵巢发育,消化腺的PUFA则向胴体和卵巢转移,卵巢则持续积累脂肪酸供给卵子发生。 展开更多

The effects of wavelength-specific visible light, white light, and ultraviolet-B (UV-B, 280- 315 nm) on selected behaviors, grazing rate, spawning rate, and hatching rate of the marine copepod Calanus sinicus collected from the Yellow Sea were studied. Calanus sinicus placed in a partitioned experimental system responded positively phototaxis to blue-cyan and yellow light but negatively to orange light and UVB. No obvious dodge activity was found among C. sinicus irradiated with <0.005 mW/cm^2 UV-B. Under 0.20, 0.30 and 0.50 mW/cm^2 UV-B radiation, the lethal half times of individuals were 30.47, 2.86, and 1.96 h, respectively. Grazing of C. sinicus was restrained at >0.10 mW/cm^2 UV-B, whereas yellow-red light stimulated grazing. Egg production rate was highest at a white-light intensity of 1.58 mW/cm^2, with an average rate of 10.04 eggs/(female·d). These results are consistent with the observed phenomenon that C. sinicus in the Yellow Sea mostly spawn near dawn. Our results indicate that light intensity and spectrum are important factors affecting the diel vertical migration of C. sinicus under natural conditions in the Yellow Sea. 展开更多
