In this work, the synthesis of undoped and Tm-doped ZnS nanoparticles is successfully carried out by the polyol method. From XRD analyses, it was confirmed that both types of particles possess the cubic zinc blend structure of the ZnS, and that the structure is not altered by doping. The crystallite size computed by the Scherrer equation is about 9 ± 1 nm. From photoluminescence analyses, the results show that the excitation spectrum has two excitation peaks at 304 nm and 356 nm;by exciting at 304 nm, a strong blue emission is observed at 420 nm, while exciting at 356 nm the characteristic Tm transition 1G4 → 3H6 is observed at 417 nm. By doping with Tm ions, the emission color changes from pure blue to sky according to the change in CIE coordinates from x = 0.15, y = 0.015 to x = 0.18, y = 0.17, respectively. 展开更多

High-contrast flicker luminescence on dynamic covalent structure based nanoaggregates

In nanoscience, molecular switches have played a significant role to deliver different control abilities to practical functions,whereas high-contrast luminescence switchable manipulation at nanoscale is still limited. Since the tuning for emission behavior with high contrast ratio strongly connects to numerous visualized sensing and optoelectronic applications, we here report that autonomous p H control can be enrolled to address a high-contrast molecular emission change at the nanoaggregated level, for gaining a flicker luminescence performance in aqueous media. Employing a BODIPY contained dynamic covalent dye, we find its luminescent signal and nanoaggregate size can be spontaneously adjusted in water. On this basis, high-contrast luminescence switching of the material can be achieved upon the alternate introduction of base and acid into the aggregation state. Such a behavior can be attributed to a p H triggered photo-induced electron transfer regulation process. The dye aggregates can be well endocytosed for bioimaging and its luminescent variation can be autonomously displayed as a flicker effect. These results provide new visions for the design and development of smart materials with a dynamic luminescence behavior. 展开更多

通过高温固相反应在弱还原气氛下制备了Sr0.955Al2-xBxSi2O8∶0.025Eu^2+(x=0~0.9)一系列荧光粉,研究了B(Ⅲ)取代基质晶格中的Al(Ⅲ)对荧光粉晶体结构和Eu^2+发光性能的影响。B(Ⅲ)以类质同相取代基质晶格中Al(Ⅲ),形成了连续固溶体。随... 通过高温固相反应在弱还原气氛下制备了Sr0.955Al2-xBxSi2O8∶0.025Eu^2+(x=0~0.9)一系列荧光粉,研究了B(Ⅲ)取代基质晶格中的Al(Ⅲ)对荧光粉晶体结构和Eu^2+发光性能的影响。B(Ⅲ)以类质同相取代基质晶格中Al(Ⅲ),形成了连续固溶体。随着B(Ⅲ)取代量的增加,荧光粉的晶胞参数(a、b、c)和晶胞体积(V)呈线性递减,而晶胞参数(β)呈线性递增。荧光粉的激发光谱为位于225~400nm的宽峰,表观峰值位于350nm,激发峰的半高宽(FWHM)随着B(Ⅲ)取代量的增加,从90nm减小到102nm。发射光谱位于370~600nm的宽峰,可拟合为409和447nm两个峰,表观峰值位于409nm。随着B(Ⅲ)取代量的增加,2个拟合峰位均出现蓝移且2个峰强度比呈线性递减。根据试样荧光光谱,通过VanUitert经验公式计算得出SrAl2Si2O8∶Eu^2+中Sr^2+的配位数为9。随着B(Ⅲ)取代Al(Ⅲ)进入基质晶格,造成发光中心Eu与配体O距离增加,使得Eu^2+所处的晶体场强度减小,发光中心Eu^2+的5d能级分裂减小,造成Eu^2+最低发射能级重心上移,2个拟合谱峰峰位均呈线性蓝移。 展开更多

A novel coordination polymer [Mn(bcp)(bib)0.5]n(1, H2 bcp = 1,3-bis(4-carboxyphenoxy)propane and bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)benzene) was synthesized under hydrothermal conditions, and was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD).Complex [Mn(bcp)(bib)0.5]n(1) is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.320(5), b =11.871(5), c = 13.932(5)?,α= 111.125(5)°,β= 99.658(5)°,γ= 101.104(5)°, Z = 2, V= 1070.3(9)?3 Mr = 474.34, Dc = 1.472 g/cm^3, F(000)= 488,μ= 0.660 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0353 and wR =0.0.984 for 4373 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Structure analysis reveals that complex 1 displays a rare 2 D + 2 D → 2 D polyrataxane topology. Moreover, the luminescent property for 1 was investigated at room temperature. 展开更多

A coordination polymer based on the carboxylate-sulfonate ligand of biphenyl-3,3?-disulfonyl-4,4’-dicarboxylate(BPDSDC4–), namely,[DyK(BPDSDC)(H2 O)4]n(1), was synthesized and characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.3950(4), b = 12.8171(9), c = 15.8005(10) A,α= 109.5430(10),β= 90.8050(10),γ= 102.7170(10)°, V = 1185.12(13) A3, Z = 2, C14 H14 O14 S2 KDy, Mr = 671.97, Dc = 1.883 g/cm^3,μ= 3.567 mm^-1, F(000)= 654, the final R = 0.0262 and wR = 0.0718 for 4408 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In compound 1, the eight-coordinated Dy(III) and nine-coordinated K(I) ions are connected by the carboxylate and sulfonate groups as well as bridging water molecules to generate a one-dimensional(1 D) ribbon structure. The ribbons are linked by the biphenyl moieties of BPDSDC4– ligands to give a two-dimensional(2 D) double layered structure. The 2 D layers are further linked by the interlayered hydrogen bonds between the coordinated water molecules and sulfonate oxygen atoms to form a three-dimensional(3 D) packing. Single-band red upconversion luminescence(UCL) is vital to in vivo bioimaging as well as 'see and treat' biomedicines. Herein, starting with the previously reported β-NaErF4:Tm UCNPs, we examined the effects of both Yb3+ doping and inert shell coating on the red-to-green(R/G) ratio for Er3+ based UCL. The doping of Yb3+ into the β-NaErF4:Tm3+ core not only enhances the whole UCL intensity, but also raises the R/G ratio by 1.25 times. In addition, the coating of an inert NaYF4 shell, which is usually adopted for the enhancement of UCL intensity, further boosts the R/G value up to as high as 77.92. This work may benefit the potential bioimaging application of single-band red UCL. 展开更多

A new Cu(Ⅰ) coordination polymer(CP) formulated as [Cu2(L)(CN)2]n(1, L =1,1′-bis(5,6-dimethylbenzimidazole)methane) was synthesized, in which the cyanide anions were generated in situ by the cleavage of C–C bond of acetonitrile under hydrothermal conditions. CP 1 was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, Pccn space group, with a = 10.314(3), b = 20.966(7), c =9.432(3)?, V = 2039.5(11)?3, Z = 4, C21 H20 Cu2 N6, Mr = 483.51, Dc = 1.575 g×cm^-3,μ= 2.105 mm-1 and F(000)= 984, the final R = 0.0608 and wR = 0.1942 for 1226 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2s(Ⅰ)for the CP 1. The CP 1 possesses a 2D {63} layer structure which is composed of Cu(Ⅰ) centers bridged by L and CN– ligands. The thermal stability and luminescence properties of CP 1 are discussed in detail. The complex also displays a remarkable activity for the degradation of methyl orange by hydrogen peroxide in a Fenton-like process. 展开更多

The NaGdF4:Yb3+,Er3+ nanoparticles probe was used to detect the rhodamine B(RhB) in bean sprout. It is found that the fluorescencedye can be efficiently imbibed during the growing process and the absorbance presented a position dependence effect, which was supported by the upconversion spectra and the fluorescent image characterization. In addition, the concentration of the residual RhB in bean sprout can be efficiently traced by the synthesized probe based on the fluorescent resonant energy transfer. Finally, the relation between the excitation power, concentration and the ratio of yellow to green emission are discussed in detail. These results can be helpful in understanding the RhB dye molecules absorbance process in vegetable growth and provide an efficient way to trace the residual dyes in vivo plant. 展开更多

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence molecules and their new applications aside from OLEDs

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF) organic molecules feature with long-lived delayed fluorescence, because they can undergo not only efficient intersystem crossing(ISC), but also efficient reverse intersystem crossing(RISC) at room temperature. As a new type of luminescent molecules, they have exhibited successful applications in organic light emitting diodes(OLEDs). Aside from OLEDs, they are also found to have potential applications in time-resolved luminescence imaging based on long-lived fluorescence property. Meanwhile, due to their excited triplet characteristic originated from efficient ISC,they were found to be applied in triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion(TTA-UC), photodynamic therapy(PDT) and organic photocatalytic synthesis. This review briefly summarizes the characteristics and excellent photophysical properties of TADF organic compounds, then covers their applications to date aside from OLEDs based on their highly efficient ISC ability and RISC ability at room temperature. 展开更多

二氧化钛发光与光催化性能关系的研究 预览

The crystal structure is of triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.111(2), b = 14.934(4), c = 18.0255(11) ?, α = 83.137(15), β = 87.155(15), γ = 79.75(2)°, V = 1869.4(8) ?3, C30H29Br2Cu(3)N5O14Sr2, Mr = 1209.27, Z = 2, Dc = 2.148 g/cm3, F(000) = 1178, μ = 6.725 mm-1, R = 0.0500 and wR = 0.1008 for 4688 observed reflections(I > 2s(I)). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that compound 1 features a 3 D heterometallic framework stabilized by bifunctional isonic ligands. In addition, the luminescent and photocatalytic properties of compound 1 were also investigated at room temperature. 展开更多

Photo-functional supramolecular lanthanides assemblies have shown great potential in the materials and biomedical fields.Two new tri(tridentate) ligands (L3 and L4) highlighting small variation of the connection position to the central tridentate linkers have been designed,which leads to the emergent formation of either Ln3L3-type sandwich structures or Ln4L4-type tetrahedral cages.Moreover,nonlinear enhancement of lanthanide luminescence based on the modulation of inter-ligand charge-transfer states has been revealed on the mix-ligand Ln3L3 sandwiches.Our results provide important guidance for structure-design and photoluminescence optimization of supramolecular lanthanide-organic assemblies. 展开更多

采用高温固相法在1100℃下合成出一系列不同掺杂浓度的BaLa1-xLiTeO6∶xEu^3+(x=0.1~1)红色荧光粉,并对其结构、形貌、光谱特性及LED光色电性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,在BaLaLiTeO6中Eu3+的最大和最佳掺杂浓度均为x=0.4,更大的掺杂... 采用高温固相法在1100℃下合成出一系列不同掺杂浓度的BaLa1-xLiTeO6∶xEu^3+(x=0.1~1)红色荧光粉,并对其结构、形貌、光谱特性及LED光色电性能进行了系统研究。结果表明,在BaLaLiTeO6中Eu3+的最大和最佳掺杂浓度均为x=0.4,更大的掺杂量将导致杂相和浓度猝灭的产生。在465nm光激发下,该浓度的样品发射光谱中5D0→7F2与5D0→7F2强度比值达到了7.31,色品坐标值为(0.665,0.334),色纯度为99.7%,荧光寿命为660.9μs,绝对量子效率达到71.4%。在100℃时积分发光强度是室温时的84.5%,热激活能经计算为0.434eV。基于该样品的红光LED灯珠能够发出明亮的红光。综上所述,该类荧光粉表现出良好的发光效率、色纯度及发光热稳定性,在白光LED中具有潜在的应用价值。 展开更多
