原子层沉积微通道板的研究进展 预览

微通道板(MCP)是光通讯和光电子技术领域实现电子倍增和信号放大的核心器件,其性能提升主要包括提高增益、延长寿命和降低暗计数。目前国内外普遍使用的商品化微通道板仍是基于传统铅硅酸盐玻璃经氢还原工艺制备的。尽管经过四代玻璃组... 微通道板(MCP)是光通讯和光电子技术领域实现电子倍增和信号放大的核心器件,其性能提升主要包括提高增益、延长寿命和降低暗计数。目前国内外普遍使用的商品化微通道板仍是基于传统铅硅酸盐玻璃经氢还原工艺制备的。尽管经过四代玻璃组分和制备工艺优化,MCP增益可达103,寿命为0.3 C/cm^2,暗计数为0.25 events/(s·cm^2),但由于玻璃组分和复杂制备工艺的限制,其离子反馈、背景噪声很难进一步降低,增益也无法大幅提升。鉴于此,近10年来科研人员提出并完善了新的解决方案———利用原子层沉积(ALD)技术,在硼硅酸盐玻璃基板孔内制备导电层和二次电子发射层等功能层,从而获得具有导电和电子倍增能力的微通道板。这种新型原子层沉积微通道板(ALD-MCP)有效避免了基板玻璃材料对其性能优化的制约,实现了基板材料和功能材料的独立设计,能够显著提高微通道板的综合性能。经过一系列尝试,国际上已开发出性能远优于传统MCP的ALD功能层:以Al2 O3/ZnO、Al2 O3/W或Al2 O3/Mo为导电层,MgO或Al2 O3为二次电子发射层的ALD-MCP增益已达104,暗计数降低至0.078 events/(s·cm^2),寿命提升至7 C/cm^2,但是其性能稳定性仍有待进一步提高。此外,还需要在提高沉积效率、优化调控功能层性能等方面进一步深入研究。本文从功能层的组成和微通道板的性能两方面归纳、梳理了利用原子层沉积技术制备微通道板的国内外研究情况,并总结了目前研究中存在的不足,展望了未来发展趋势。 展开更多

The origin of life on Earth remains enigmatic with diverse models and debates.Here we discuss essential requirements for the first emergence of life on our planet and propose the following nine requirements:(1)an energy source(ionizing radiation and thermal energy);(2)a supply of nutrients(P.K.REE.etc.);(3)a supply of life-constituting major elements;(4)a high concentration of reduced gases such as CH4,HCN and NH3;(5)dry-wet cycles to create membranes and polymerize RNA;(6)a non-toxic aqueous environment;(7)Na-poor water;(8)highly diversified environments,and(9)cyclic conditions,such as dayto-night,hot-to-cold etc.Based on these nine requirements,we evaluate previously proposed locations for the origin of Earth’s life,including:(1)Darwin’s"warm little pond",leading to a"prebiotic soup"for life;(2)panspermia or Neo-panspermia(succession model of panspermia);(3)transportation from/through Mars;(4)a deepsea hydrothermal system;(5)an on-land subduct ion-zone hot spring,and(6)a geyser systems driven by a natural nuclear reactor.We conclude that location(6)is the most ideal candidate for the o rigin point for Earth’s life because of its efficiency in continuously supplying both the energy and the necessary materials for life,thereby maintaining the essential"cradle"for its initial development.We also emphasize that falsifiable working hypothesis provides an important tool to evaluate one of the biggest mysteries of the universe-the origin of life. 展开更多

A method is proposed to improve the accuracy of remaining useful life prediction for rolling element bearings,based on a state space model(SSM)with different degradation stages and a particle filter.The model is improved by a method based on the Paris formula and the Foreman formula allowing the establishment of different degradation stages.The remaining useful life of rolling element bearings can be predicted by the adjusted model with inputs of physical data and operating status information.The late operating trend is predicted by the use of the particle filter algorithm.The rolling bearing full life experimental data validate the proposed method.Further,the prediction result is compared with the single SSM and the Gamma model,and the results indicate that the predicted accuracy of the proposed method is higher with better practicability. 展开更多

In this paper, a statistical analysis method is proposed to research life characteristics of products based on the partially accelerated life test. We discuss the statistical analysis for constant-stress partially accelerated life tests with Lomax distribution based on interval censored samples. The EM algorithm is used to obtain the maximum likelihood estimations(MLEs) and interval estimations for the shape parameter and acceleration factor.The average relative errors(AREs), mean square errors(MSEs), the confidence intervals for the parameters, and the influence of the sample size are discussed. The results show that the AREs and MSEs of the MLEs decrease with the increase of sample size. Finally, a simulation sample is used to estimate the reliability under different stress levels. 展开更多

Service life prediction of AP/Al/HTPB solid rocket propellant with consideration of softening aging behavior

The aging behavior of softening composite solid propellant was investigated by measuring its mechanical and ballistic prosperities during prolonged storage at elevated and room temperatures. Accelerated aging was conducted at 65 °C for 231 days while the normal aging was performed at 25 ± 3 °C and relative humidity less than 50% for 8 years. The mechanical properties were obtained from uniaxial tensile tests for the aged propellant specimens while the ballistic properties were determined from static firing tests of subscale motors aged for 112 days at 65 °C. The mechanical results show that the maximum tensile strength and Young’s modulus initially increase and subsequently decrease with increasing aging time, while the maximum tensile strain generally increases with increasing aging time. The ballistic properties like burning rate show a small change which cannot affect the ballistic performance. The experimental results show that the changes in the mechanical properties are significant during the aging period, but the burning rate does not undergo significant changes. From this study, it is observed that the propellant ages through a combination of reactions like post-cure, oxidative cross-linking, chain scission, and hydrolysis. The chain scission and the hydrolysis effect are the most significant process, which makes the propellant soft and extendible. The observed aging mechanism has been modeled using an exponential function with two terms which can describe the complex behavior of the aging. By applying Arrhenius equation,the activation energy values were obtained based on the propellant mechanical properties. The shelf life of this propellant formulation at 25 °C is predicted to be 13 years using the modulus as failure criteria and control parameter. 展开更多

Socrates' discussions in Plato's early dialogues are predominantly concerned with value-concepts. The discussions often start with the social roles which Socrates5 partners play and the virtues associated with those roles. They react to a widespread uncertainty concerning the decline of moral as well as a reassessment of values, all of which took place in the course of the fifth century. Plato's Socrates tried to prove that one's life should be guided by standards such as true justice. In this context, he also referred to Hesiod, who had advanced a new concept of justice in reaction to a private problem, but also in an effort to contribute to a change of values in the society of his time (the 8th century). Thus, to some extant Hesiod can be regarded as a forerunner of those like Plato who tried to establish fixed norms which are separated from personal interests and should be observed in order to live a good life. I shall argue that Hesiod's position itself is based on a transformation of an ancient concept and influenced later poets like Aeschylus, Sophocles and, despite his criticism, even Plato. 展开更多
