高效、可靠地调控铜氧化物超导体的超导态,对其在下一代电子学中的应用具有重要意义.本文研究了绝缘Pr2CuO4±δ(PCO)薄膜的离子液体调控行为,发现可以利用两种不同的调控机制分别诱导出易失和非易失的超导态.在正电场调控下,薄膜... 高效、可靠地调控铜氧化物超导体的超导态,对其在下一代电子学中的应用具有重要意义.本文研究了绝缘Pr2CuO4±δ(PCO)薄膜的离子液体调控行为,发现可以利用两种不同的调控机制分别诱导出易失和非易失的超导态.在正电场调控下,薄膜可以在超导态和非超导态之间可逆转换,这归因于载流子的掺杂效应.另外,对绝缘的样品进行负偏压的调控,当偏压加至-4 V时,样品的电阻明显增大.值得关注的是,一旦撤去栅极电压,样品获得了非易失的超导电性.高分辨扫描电子显微镜和原位X射线衍射实验的结果表明,负向调控过程修复了铜氧面中的氧空位.对于电子型铜氧化物而言,这是一种诱导超导电性的独特途径.在同一个铜氧化物母体中有效地调控易失和非易失超导电性,为超导电子器件和高温超导体中量子相变的研究提供了新的渠道. 展开更多

Film cooling is an indispensable scheme in the design of highly-efficient cooling configurations to satisfy the thermal protection requirement of turbine hot section components.During the last few decades,vast efforts have been paid on the discrete-hole film cooling enhancement.In this paper,some of the recent literatures related to the passive strategies(such as shaped film cooling holes,upstream ramps,shallow trenches,mesh-fed slots)and the active strategies(such as the use of pulsation modulating device or plasma actuator)for film cooling enhancement are surveyed,with the aim at presenting an updated overview about the state of the art in advanced film cooling.In addition,some challenging issues are also outlined to motivate further investigations in such a broad topic. 展开更多

The surface planarity and asperity removal behavior on atomic scale in an ultrathin water environment were studied for a nanoscale process by molecular dynamics simulation.Monolayer atomic removal is achieved under both noncontact and monoatomic layer contact conditions with different water film thicknesses.The newly formed surface is relatively smooth without deformed layers,and no plastic defects are present in the subsurface.The nanoscale processing is governed by the interatomic adhering action during which the water film transmits the loading forces to the Cu surface and thereby results in the migration and removal of the surface atoms.When the scratching depth≥0.5 nm,the abrasive particle squeezes out the water film from the scratching region and scratches the Cu surface directly.This leads to the formation of trenches and ridges,accumulation of chips ahead of the particles,and generation of dislocations within the Cu substrate.This process is mainly governed by the plowing action,leading to the deterioration of the surface quality.This study makes the"0 nm planarity,0 residual defects,and 0 polishing pressure"in a nanoscale process more achievable and is helpful in understanding the nanoscale removal of materials for developing an ultra-precision manufacture technology. 展开更多

Various ion sources are key components to prepare functional coatings,such as diamond-like carbon(DLC)films.In this article,we present our trying of surface modification on basis of Si-incorporation diamond-like carbon(Si-DLC)produced by a magnetic field enhanced radio frequency ion source,which is established to get high density plasma with the help of magnetic field.Under proper deposition process,a contact angle of 111°hydrophobic surface was achieved without any surface patterning,where nanostructure SiC grains appeared within the amorphous microstructure.The surface property was influenced by ion flow parameters as well as the resultant surface microstructure.The magnetic field enhanced radio frequency ion source developed in this paper was useful for protective film applications. 展开更多

The research on the oil film characteristic of piston pair is beneficial to the design and optimization of friction pair,which can improve the performance of piston pump.The fluid pressure of piston cavity is accurately obtained by AMEsim simulation.Oil film thickness field model of piston pair under the slanting state of piston is established,and the distribution law is numerically analyzed under different speed and pressure by Matlab.The experiment model pump for oil film characteristic of piston pair is designed to measure oil film thickness under the pressure of 18 MPa.The experiment results show that oil film thickness varies greatly under high pressure,and oil film thickness fluctuates sharply under low speed.The minimum oil film thickness increases with spindle speed increasing and oil film characteristic of piston pair based on the numerical analysis method is verified.This method lays a foundation for studying the friction performance of piston pair in the axial piston pump. 展开更多

The Mn doping effects on the gate-tunable transport properties of topological Dirac semimetal Cd3As2 films have been investigated.Mn-doped Cd3As2 films are directly grown on GaAs(111)B substrates by molecular-beam epitaxy,during which the single crystal phase can be obtained with Mn concentration less than 2%.Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation and quantum Hall effect are observed at low temperatures,and electrons are found to be the dominant carrier in the whole temperature range.Higher Mn content results in smaller lattice constant,lower electron mobility and larger effective band gap,while the carrier density seems to be unaffected by Mn-doping.Gating experiments show that Shubnikov-de Haas oscillation and quantum Hall effect are slightly modulated by electric field,which can be explained by the variation of electron density.Our results provide useful information for understanding the magnetic element doping effects on the transport properties of Cd3As2 films. 展开更多

This paper clarifies two issues related to the prior cathodic polarisation treatment(PCPT) for the potentiodynamic polarisation test: whether PCPT can(1) remove the air-formed surface film and(2) affect the polarisation test results. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analyses of fluoride ion-labelled samples show that PCPT cannot remove the surface film completely due to the low reaction rate. Potentiodynamic polarisation tests demonstrate that PCPT with proper operating parameters,-1.0 V SCE for 5 min with subsequent open circuit potential(OCP) stabilisation in this study, is necessary because it can improve the test reproducibility without affecting the corrosion parameters by unifying the initial surface state. However, PCPT with lower potentials, longer time or no OCP stabilisation has significant effects on the electrochemical corrosion parameters due to the hydrogen absorption under the conditions of this study. 展开更多

The restacking hindrance of MXene films restricts their development for high volumetric energy density of flexible supercapacitors toward applications in miniature,portable,wearable or implantable electronic devices.A valid solution is construction of rational heterojunction to achieve a synergistic property enhancement.The introduction of spacers such as graphene,CNTs,cellulose and the like demonstrates limited enhancement in rate capability.The combination of currently reported pseudocapacitive materials and MXene tends to express the potential capacitance of pseudocapacitive materials rather than MXene,leading to low volumetric capacitance.Therefore,it is necessary to exploit more ideal candidate materials to couple with MXene for fully expressing both potentials.Herein,for the first time,high electrochemically active materials of ultrathin MoO3 nanobelts are intercalated into MXene films.In the composites,MoO3 nanobelts not only act as pillaring components to prevent restacking of MXene nanosheets for fully expressing the MXene pseudocapacitance in acidic environment but also provide considerable pseudocapacitive contribution.As a result,the optimal M/MoO3 electrode not only achieves a breakthrough in volumetric capacitance(1817 F cm-3 and 545 F g-1),but also maintains good rate capability and excellent flexibility.Moreover,the corresponding symmetric supercapacitor likewise shows a remarkable energy density of 44.6 Wh L-1(13.4 Wh kg-1),rendering the flexible electrode a promising candidate for application in high-energy-density energy storage devices. 展开更多

近年来,石墨烯因具有良好的柔韧性、透明度、导电性、机械强度等优点,已经逐渐成为制备柔性电子器件的重要材料。激光加工技术由于具有加工精度高、可编程、灵活直写等特点,已经在制备石墨烯薄膜柔性电子器件领域扮演着越来越重要的角... 近年来,石墨烯因具有良好的柔韧性、透明度、导电性、机械强度等优点,已经逐渐成为制备柔性电子器件的重要材料。激光加工技术由于具有加工精度高、可编程、灵活直写等特点,已经在制备石墨烯薄膜柔性电子器件领域扮演着越来越重要的角色。为此,概述了激光还原氧化石墨烯的基本原理和激光调控还原氧化石墨烯的性质如氧含量、导电性、图案化、结构化及杂原子掺杂等方面的研究进展,介绍了典型的由激光还原氧化石墨烯薄膜制备的柔性电子器件,包括传感器、超级电容器、发电机等,提出了目前利用激光还原氧化石墨烯薄膜制备柔性电子器件的局限性,并对其未来发展进行了展望。 展开更多

Analysis on Content and Distribution of Residual Film in Fields of Different Crops 认领

Before spring ploughing in 2019,the representative fields of the 8~(th) Division were selected,and residual film at different depths of soil in three areas of the 8~(th) Division was collected. Through the analysis on the weight and amount of residual film at different depths of soil,it was found that the average content of residual film in the 8~(th) Division was 104 kg/hm~2. From high to low,the content sequence of residual film in the three areas was Anjihai area,Mosuowan area and Xiayedi area. The average amount of residual film collected from the cotton field in the three areas was greater than that from the corn field. In the three areas,the content of residual film in the cotton field at the depth of 0-10 and 11-30 cm was higher than that in the corn field,while the content of residual film at the depth of 31-50 cm in the corn field was higher than that in the cotton field. 展开更多
