中国区域投入产出效率的综合测度与时空格局

改革开放40多年来,中国经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出,资源环境安全面临严峻的挑战。在此背景下,基于要素投入和经济、环境总产出的综合视角,构建区域投入产出效率评价指标体系,应用数据包络分析方法,采用CCR模型、Super-CCR模... 改革开放40多年来,中国经济发展与资源环境之间的矛盾日益突出,资源环境安全面临严峻的挑战。在此背景下,基于要素投入和经济、环境总产出的综合视角,构建区域投入产出效率评价指标体系,应用数据包络分析方法,采用CCR模型、Super-CCR模型,测算1995-2015年间不同时期中国各省区市的投入产出效率,并对其变化趋势及空间分异进行分析。结果表明,全国投入产出效率在波动中呈上升态势,特别是2010年之后投入产出效率提升较明显;2015年,中国区域投入产出效率呈较明显的由东向西、由北向南逐渐降低的空间格局分异。分区域看,东部地区投入产出效率相对最高,其中北京、天津、广东等省市的上升态势明显;东北地区投入产出效率整体偏低,特别是黑龙江的投入产出效率表现为持续下降;中部各省投入产出效率普遍不高,但河南相对较高且2010年较之前提升明显;西部地区投入产出效率的省际差异明显,其中西南各省投入产出效率下降态势较明显。 展开更多

Based on a comprehensive eco-geochemical survey of Shandong Province, the differences in pesticide residue situation and contents of DDTs and HCHs in the soils of Yantai City and Southwest Shandong Province (abbreviated as SSP) were studied in this paper. The results showed that the detection rates of DDTs and HCHs in the soil of SSP were apparently higher than Yantai City. However, the mean contents of DDTs and HCHs in the soil of Yantai were 9 and 25 times of SSP, respectively, and higher than the mean contents of many other cities and areas. p,p′-DDE was the main pesticide residual form in the soil of SSP. It is recognized as the degradation product of DDTs in oxidation environment in past, nevertheless, 5.52% of the soils in Yantai City still have a little of DDT input recently, which has posed a big impact on soil environment quality.β-HCH was the main form of the four isomers of HCHs in Yantai City, and α-HCH/γ-HCH in SSP was low. These reveal that the residual time of HCHs in the soils of both the two areas has a long period. After primary analysis, the risk of DDTs and HCHs in the soil of SSP is low, but DDTs in the soil of Yantai City still has a certain risk. 展开更多

This article explores the history of the Qingxi Ironworks in late Qing Guizhou.Instead of focusing on state-centered industrialization or technology transfer and scientific knowledge in Qing mining and coal enterprises,this study focuses on the individual ambitions and identity construction of two returned diplomats——Chen Jitong and Chen Mingyuan—who sought to claim authority over a mining interest in China's southwest interior.By leveraging their knowledge of the West to serve as intermediaries between state and foreign commercial interests,these cosmopolitan yet marginalized elites sought to convert their foreign expertise and avowed commitment to "selCstrengthening" into new forms of social and political capital.An examination of the personal networks and written accounts surrounding their entrepreneurial ventures sheds light on the opportunities and challenges experienced by a generation of "foreign affkirs" experts in repositioning themselves within the transforming Qing polity through participation in industrialization projects. 展开更多

Forest fires are influenced by several factors,including forest location,species type,age and density,date of fire occurrence,temperatures,and wind speeds,among others.This study investigates the quantitative effects of these factors on the degree of forest fire disaster using nonparametric statistical methods to provide a theoretical basis and data support for forest fire management.Data on forest fire damage from 1969 to 2013 was analyzed.The results indicate that different forest locations and types,fire occurrence dates,temperatures,and wind speeds were statistically significant.The eastern regions of the study area experienced the highest fire occurrence,accounting for 85.0%of the total number of fires as well as the largest average forested area burned.April,May,and October had more frequent fires than other months,accounting for 78.9%,while September had the most extensive forested area burned(63.08 ha)and burnt area(106.34 ha).Hardwood mixed forest and oak forest had more frequent fires,accounting for 31.9%and 26.0%,respectively.Hardwood-conifer mixed forest had the most forested area burned(50.18 ha)and burnt area(65.09 ha).Temperatures,wind speeds,and their interaction had significant impacts on forested area burned and area burnt. 展开更多

The Chinese water pine Glyptostrobus pensilis is the sole surviving species of the genus Glyptostrobus. It is endemic to southern China, central Vietnam, and eastern Laos, and today it is nearly extinct in the wild. Forest community characteristics and population structure of G. pensilis in China have remained un-known up to now. We investigated six swamp forest stands and analyzed their forest community characteristics (i.e. vertical stratification, species composition, and diversity) and population structure, including the frequency distribution of DBH (diameter at breast height) and age-classes as found in Fujian Province, southeastern China. The vertical stratifications of all the forest stands were rather simple. The remaining wild specimens ranged from roughly 15 to some 357 years for an average of ca. 85 years, with only a few individuals less than 20 years old. Compared with the stands and populations of G. pensilis in Vietnam, the taxonomic compositions of the stands in the two regions were different, except for the dominant species-G. pensilis. The Shannon-Wiener index showed the overstory of each stand had much lower diversity (0.26 on average) in Fujian Province than that (1.97 on average) in Vietnam, whereas the diversity indices were about the same (around 2.41) for the understories in the two regions. Furthermore, we discovered 18 G. pensilis seedlings at the study sites in Fujian Province. This discovery demonstrates that G. pensilis regeneration is extremely poor and its populations are declining, although these populations are rela-tively healthier than those in Vietnam. 展开更多

Assessment of High-standard Farmland Construction Effectiveness in Liaoning Province During 2011–2015 预览

At present, the large-scale construction of high-standard farmland in China has improved the quality of cropland and crop production and enhanced the eco-environmental security. To obtain a comprehensive understanding of high-standard farmland construction in Liaoning Province of China during the 12 th five-year period(2011–2015), through on-the-spot investigations and remote sensing monitoring, this study assessed the construction effectiveness of ten typical sampling projects in Liaoning Province and then presented practical suggestions. The main conclusions were as follows. 1) The ranges of increase in productivity of the ten sampling projects in Liaoning Province all surpassed the goal of 1500 kg/ha. 2) Among all sampling project areas, the levels of productivity stability of nine sampling projects were higher than that of the surrounding farmland in a severe drought year. However, the productivity stability of the high-standard farmland construction project in Faku County, Yiniupu Town, declined by 1.04% compared with the surrounding farmland. 3) Except for the high-standard farmland construction project in Dengta City, Dengta Irrigation Region, the productivity uniformity of the other nine sampling projects increased by 3.30%–88.10%. 4) Eight of the ten sampling projects belonged to Class 1, and two projects belonged to Class 2, showing that the effectiveness of high-standard farmland construction in Liaoning Province was quite good.There were some suggestions for high-standard farmland construction in the future. All departments should strengthen cooperation and formulate corresponding protection and development strategies suitable for local conditions. Additionally, lasting management mechanisms should also be established. Using remote sensing monitoring to assess the high-standard farmland construction effectiveness during the 12 th five-year period could provide experience and decision-making support for high-standard farmland construction in the future. 展开更多

In this paper,the Jurassic granitoid dike that intrudes into Permian diabase was reported in Luokun,Luodian County,south Guizhou.Zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb dating of the granitoid dike yielded an age of 164.3±2.4 Ma with the εHf(t)range from +7.8 to +12.1.The high contents of SiO2 (65.2%-66.8%)and total alkali (Na2O +K2O:9.01%-9.95%),and low contents of Mg,Fe,Ca,P and Ti show the characteristics of alkali-rich granite.The total contents of rare earth elements range from 289.90 to 394.23 ppm.The Rb,Ba,K,Th,U and other LILE,Ta,Sr,P,Ti are enriched,and heavy rare earth elements are depleted.Petrogeochemical characteristics show that the dike was derived from a partial melting of newly-grown basaltic crust,and contaminated by crustal materials before experiencing strong fractional crystallization.The dike was formed in the intraplate post-oro-genic extension stage and indicates that parental magma rose to the shallow crust through a fault.This provides new evidence of tectonic and mantle-crest magmatic activities and may contribute to regional Au mineralization in southern Guizhou and neighboring areas. 展开更多

The accumulation and productivity of shale gas are mainly controlled by the characteristics of shale reservoirs;study of these characteristics forms the basis for the shale gas exploitation of the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation(Fm),Southern China.In this study,core observation and lithology study were conducted along with X-ray diffraction(XRD)and electronic scanning microscopy(SEM)examinations and liquid nitrogen(N2)adsorption/desorption and CH4 isothermal adsorption experiments for several exploration wells in northwestern Hunan Province,China.The results show that one or two intervals with high-quality source rocks(TOC>2 wt%)were deposited in the deep-shelf facies.The source rocks,which were mainly composed of carbonaceous shales and siliceous shales,had high quartz contents(>40 wt%)and low clay mineral(<30 wt%,mainly illites)and carbonate mineral(<20 wt%)contents.The SEM observations and liquid nitrogen(N2)adsorption/desorption experiments showed that the shale is tight,and nanoscale pores and microscale fractures are well developed.BJH volume(VBJH)of shale ranged from 2.144×10^-3 to 20.07×10^-3 cm^3/g,with an average of 11.752×10^-3 cm3/g.Pores mainly consisted of opened and interconnected mesopores(2–50 nm in diameter)or macropores(>50 nm in diameter).The shale reservoir has strong adsorption capacity for CH4.The Langmuir volume(VL)varied from 1.63 to 7.39 cm^3/g,with an average of 3.95 cm^3/g.The characteristics of shale reservoir are controlled by several factors:(1)A deep muddy continental shelf is the most favorable environment for the development of shale reservoirs,which is controlled by the development of basic materials.(2)The storage capacity of the shale reservoir is positively related to the TOC contents and plastic minerals and negatively related to cement minerals.(3)High maturity or overmaturity leads to the growth of organic pores and microfractures,thereby improving the reservoir storage capacity.It can be deduced that the high percentage of residual gas in Niutitang Fm results from 展开更多
