改革开放:石油工业上游发展回顾和展望

改革开放40年来我国石油工业上游取得了巨大成就,2015年石油产量超过2×10~8t,年产量的上升和进口量的增加一起支撑着经济快速发展和能源构成的优化,中国成为世界石油消费和生产大国。石油生产格局也发生了重大变化,实现了石油勘探... 改革开放40年来我国石油工业上游取得了巨大成就,2015年石油产量超过2×10~8t,年产量的上升和进口量的增加一起支撑着经济快速发展和能源构成的优化,中国成为世界石油消费和生产大国。石油生产格局也发生了重大变化,实现了石油勘探开发的第二次战略展开,扭转了90%的产量来自东部的局面,西北和海上产量大幅提高。体制改革取得重大进展,改变了政企不分、条块分割的状态,组成了几家上下游一体化的大型石油公司,一批民营油气公司涌现并快速成长。面对未来,必须实事求是地分析存在的问题,我国原油产量下降的主要原因是剩余可采储量逐渐下降,而油价下跌、投资不足不过是叠加在其上的第二位原因。为了产量的稳定和增加,除了在老油区进行增储上产的战术性接替外,急需开展新区新领域的战略性开拓,为此,需要给予必要的投资投入。建议设立战略性开拓专用基金,并进行与这种探索性工作相适应的管理。尤其是要深化油气工业体制改革,为油气发展提供新的动力。 展开更多

Benefits from Seru production include rapid response, good flexibility, and high productivity. Seru production has received extensive attention in academic research and production practice. This study reviews the background, characteristics, types, and operation of seru production. The advantages and applicable scenes of seru production are summarized from the perspective of business practice. We compare seru production and famous production modes, i.e., assembly line, cellular manufacturing, and Toyota Production System. The literature on seru production is surveyed and classified. Hydrolysis and acidification of activated sludge from a petroleum refinery

The cost-effective treatment of activated sludge that is generated by refining petroleum is a challenging industrial problem.In this study, semi-continuous stirred tank reactors(CSTRs) containing petroleum refinery excess activated sludge(PREAS)were used to comparatively investigate hydrolysis and acidification rates, after the addition of heneicosane(C21H44)(R1)and 1-phenylnaphthalene(C16 H12)(R2) to different and individual reactors. Operation of the reactors using a sludge retention time(SRT) of 6 days and a pH of 5.0, resulted in the maintenance of stable biological activity as determined by soluble chemical oxygen demand(SCOD), volatile fatty acids(VFAs) production and oil removal efficiency. The optimum conditions for hydrogen production include a SRT of 8 days, at pH 6.5. Under these conditions, hydrogen production rates in the control containing only PREAS were 1567 mL/L(R0), compared with 1365 mL/L in Rl and 1454 mL/L-PREAS in R2.Coprothermobacter, Fervidobacterium, Caldisericum and Tepidiphilus were the dominant bacterial genera that have the potential to degrade petroleum compounds and generate VFAs. This study has shown that high concentrations of heneicosane and 1-phenylnaphthalene did not inhibit the hydrolytic acidification of PREAS. 展开更多

The heterogeneity of coalbed methane(CBM) resources was not taken into account when the current indiscriminate subsidy policy was developed. In it, limited subsidy funds are given first to high-quality resources and even to subsidize profitable projects. Thus, the policy has had less than the intended effect in improving CBM production. To implement a new type of differential subsidy, it is necessary to grade the CBM resources, as will be discussed in this paper. After the factors affecting the resources value are systemically examined, sorted and merged, the relationship between the key factors and economic value is analyzed by an engineering economics method, and the production profile type, peak production(or stable production) and buried depth are used as grading factors. The production profile type is used to categorize, and peak production and buried depth are used to grade resources within the same category. The grading method is as follows: use subsidy levels at the economic critical point(NPV = 0) to identify the grades of resources, and determine the combination of peak production and buried depth for different resources grades base on indifference curves drawn according to the relationship between the economic value and peak production and buried depth. 展开更多

A desorption simulation experiment with the condition of simulated strata was designed. The experiment, under different depressurizing rates and the same fluid saturation, was conducted on the sample from 3# coal of Daning coal mine in Jincheng, Shanxi Province. The gas production rate and pressure change at both ends of the sample were studied systematically, and the mechanisms of some phenomena in the experiment were discussed. The experimental results show that, whether at fast or slow depressurizing rate, the methane adsorbed to high-rank coal can effectively desorb and the desorption efficiency can reach above 90%. There is an obvious inflection point on the gas yield curve during the desorption process and it appears after the pressure on the lump of coal reduces below the desorption pressure. The desorption of methane from high-rank coal is mainly driven by differential pressure, and high pressure difference is conducive to fast desorption. In the scenario of fast depressurization, the desorption inflection appears earlier and the gas production rate in the stage of rapid desorption is higher. It is experimentally concluded that the originally recognized strategy of long-term slow CBM production is doubtful and the economic benefit of CBM exploitation from high-rank coal can be effectively improved by rapid drainage and pressure reduction. The field experiment results in pilot blocks of Fanzhuang and Zhengzhuang show that by increasing the drainage depressurization rate, the peak production of gas well would increase greatly, the time of gas well to reach the economic production shortened, the average time for a gas well to reach expected production reduced by half, and the peak gas production is higher. 展开更多

Even today,academics continue to debate the effect of feminization of agricultural labor force on agricultural output.By considering the dimensions of participation in decision-making and production,this study divides the various agricultural production models into three types:(i)the traditional model of decisions made either jointly by men and women or by men alone while both genders participate in production,(ii)complete feminization of agricultural decision-making and the production labor force,and(iii)feminization of the agricultural production labor force only.This study investigates the effects of combining or separating decision-making and production in regard to agricultural development in the context of feminization of the agricultural labor force.Using follow-up data collected from 2004–2008 by the Ministry of Agriculture of China,we built a comprehensive panel data model to test our hypotheses.Our research shows that in comparison to traditional agricultural households and fully feminized agricultural labor forces,partially feminized production resulted in lower grain yield and technological advancement.The feminization of agricultural labor does not necessarily have a negative impact on agricultural output,especially since heavy manual labor is being increasingly replaced by agricultural machinery and outsourcing of tasks.The degree of feminization of the decision-making and production processes should be an important consideration when evaluating the purported negative effects of the feminization of agricultural labor. 展开更多

This paper summarizes the latest achievements and technological progress in oil and gas production engineering of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC) and discusses the main four challenges faced: developing low quality resource at low oil price;keeping stable production of mature oilfields when well oil production drops year by year;low systematic efficiency, high cost, prominent environmental protection issue and short of technological strategy for high water cut ratio and high oil recovery ratio oilfields;and lacking of high level horizontal well drilling and completion technology to develop unconventional and deep reservoirs. Three technological development directions to address these challenges are put forward: developing fracture controlling stimulation and well factory to produce low quality resource economically, developing re-fracturing technology for old wells in mature oilfields, promoting the fourth generation separate layer water injection technology to stabilize the production of mature oilfields;innovating new technologies of water flooding with nano-material, injecting and producing through one well. 展开更多

The multinucleon transfer reaction in the collisions of 40 Ca+^124 Sn at Ec.m.= 128.5 MeV is investigated using the improved quantum molecular dynamics model. The measured angular distributions and isotopic distributions of the products are reproduced reasonably well by the calculations. The multinucleon transfer reactions of 40 Ca+^112 Sn, 58 Ni+^112 Sn, 106 Cd+^112 Sn, and 48 Ca+^112 Sn are also studied. This demonstrates that the combinations of neutron-deficient projectile and target are advantageous for the production of exotic neutron-deficient nuclei near N,Z =50. The charged particles’ emission plays an important role at small impact parameters in the de-excitation processes of the system. The production cross sections of the exotic neutron-deficient nuclei in multinucleon transfer reactions are much larger than those measured in the fragmentation and fusion-evaporation reactions. Several new neutron-deficient nuclei can be produced in the 106 Cd+^112 Sn reaction. The corresponding production cross sections for the new neutron-deficient nuclei,101,112 Sb,103 Te,and 106,107) I,are 2.0 nb,4.1 nb,6.5 nb,0.4 μb and 1.0 μb,respectively. 展开更多

The development of shale gas reservoir is mainly based on horizontal well production.Slug flow of gas-liquid two-phase is invariably encountered in inclined wells and horizontal wells of a producing environment.Due to gravitational differentiation,oil-water two-phase flow pattern,the local velocity and local phase holdup along the radial direction of pipe in near horizontal wells will perform complicatedly.This paper presented the results of an experimental study and a theoretical analysis of two-phase gas/water flow in horizontal and highly inclined systems.Extensive experiments were conducted using a test loop made of 124 mm diameter acrylic pipe with inclination angles from the horizontal of 0°,5°,15°,45°,°2°,°5°and°10°,and with the total flow rate ranging from 50 to 800 m3/day.Based on the research on the law of slug flow dynamics model for gas-water two-phase flow in near horizontal pipeline,the theoretical analysis and experimental researches were done to propose the expressions of stable and exact production logging interpretation model for two-phase flow in near horizontal pipeline.The performance of the proposed method for estimating water holdup and water superficial velocity is in good agreement with our measurements.As a result,the slug flow dynamics model of gas-water two-phase flow in near horizontal wellbore was developed.The application effect of production logging in near horizontal wells had been improved. 展开更多

软骨藻酸是一种主要由海洋硅藻中的拟菱形藻属(Pseudo-nitzschia)藻类产生的具有强烈神经毒性的物质,该类物质可以与谷氨酸神经递质的受体相结合,影响生物体内正常的神经信号传递,导致神经系统紊乱,并对与记忆有关的区域产生明显的神经... 软骨藻酸是一种主要由海洋硅藻中的拟菱形藻属(Pseudo-nitzschia)藻类产生的具有强烈神经毒性的物质,该类物质可以与谷氨酸神经递质的受体相结合,影响生物体内正常的神经信号传递,导致神经系统紊乱,并对与记忆有关的区域产生明显的神经毒性作用。作为一种天然的海洋药物,软骨藻酸还可以用于害虫的防治及科学研究等领域。为了更好地研究其产毒机理、有效预防其危害、合理开发利用其杀虫特性,文章综述了软骨藻酸的理化性质,重点分析了影响软骨藻酸产生的主要因素,包括藻种种类及生长周期、营养元素、细菌和微量金属等。这些因素或是间接影响藻类的生长环境,或是直接作用于细胞的生理活动,从而影响软骨藻酸的产生。总结分析了目前测定软骨藻酸含量的常用技术方法,如生物分析法、高效液相色谱法、酶联免疫测定、湿度光照和生物传感器等,阐述各种技术的适用情况,认为高效液相色谱、ELISA检测盒及快捷检测试纸条具有更高应用价值。同时,文章对软骨藻酸未来的研究方向和产业应用进行了展望,以期在预防其危害的同时充分开发利用其潜在价值。 展开更多

Platelet transfusion is one of the most reliable strategies to cure patients suffering from thrombocytopenia or platelet dysfunction.With the increasing demand for transfusion,however,there is an undersupply of donors to provide the platelet source.Thus,scientists have sought to design methods for deriving clinical-scale platelets ex vivo.Although there has been considerable success ex vivo in the generation of transformative platelets produced by human stem cells(SCs),the platelet yields achieved using these strategies have not been adequate for clinical application.In this review,we provide an overview of the developmental process of megakaryocytes and the production of platelets in vivo and ex vivo,recapitulate the key advances in the production of SC-derived platelets using several SC sources,and discuss some strategies that apply three-dimensional bioreactor devices and biochemical factors synergistically to improve the generation of large-scale platelets for use in future biomedical and clinical settings. 展开更多
