The far side of the moon is a unique place for some scientific investigations.Chang'e 4 is a Chinese lunar far side landing exploration mission.Relay communication satellite,named as Queqiao,is an important and innovative part of Chang'e 4 mission.It can provide relay communication to the lander and the rover operating on the lunar far side to maintain their contacts with Earth.It was launched by LM-4C launch vehicle at the Xichang Satellite Launch Center on May 21,2018.After five precise orbit controls and a journey of more than 20 days,Queqiao inserted into final halo mission orbit around Earth-moon libration point 2,located about 65,000 km beyond the moon.It is the world's first communication satellite operating in that orbit.Up to now,Queqiao worked very well and provided reliable,continuous communication relay service for the lander and the rover to ensure the mission success of Chang'e 4 exploration mission.Via Queqiao,the lander and the rover were controlled to work by ground stations and obtained a great amount of scientific data.The mission overview,operation orbit selection,relay communication system design and flight profile were introduced in this article. 展开更多

Millimeter and terahertz wave photodetectors have a wide range of applications. Millimeter and terahertz wave photodetectors have a wide range of applications. However, the state-of-the-art techniques lag far behind the urgent demand due to the structure and performance limitations. Here, we report sensitive and direct millimeter and terahertz wave photodetection in compact InGaAs-based subwavelength ohmic metal–semiconductor–metal structures. The photoresponse originates from unidirectional transportation of nonequilibrium electrons induced by surface plasmon polaritons under irradiation. The detected quantum energies of electromagnetic waves are far below the bandgap of InGaAs, offering, to the best of our knowledge, a novel direct photoelectric conversion pathway for InGaAs beyond its bandgap limit. The achieved room temperature rise time and noise equivalent power of the detector are 45 μs and 20 pW · Hz^-1∕2, respectively,at the 0.0375 THz(8 mm) wave. The detected wavelength is tunable by mounting different coupling antennas.Room temperature terahertz imaging of macroscopic samples at around 0.166 THz is also demonstrated. This work opens an avenue for sensitive and large-area uncooled millimeter and terahertz focal planar arrays. 展开更多

The Mw 9.0 Tohoku-Oki earthquake that hit the mainland Japan on 11 th March, 2011 had resulted a devastating Tsunami due to an active thrusting between the Pacific and the North American Plates. Static and kinematic offsets at the offshore epicentre of the Mw 9.0 event remain unanswered and being investigated along with their near and far field limiting distances from the epicentre. Accordingly, offset measurements from 60 continuously operating IGS and GEONET GNSS stations were radially classified from the epicentre and interpreted with analytical models to find their linear offset decay rates. Co-and post-seismic static positional anomaly offsets of sixty days show almost all near field stations had strong or appreciable eastward or south eastward static shifts. Near stations(<250 km) showed both kinematic and static offsets. GEONET station ’0175’ showed maximum resultant static offset of-4.5 m, which diminishes approximately 1-2 cm at far sites like SMST and AIRA. Characteristic decay duration(’b’) of the mean kinematic co-seismic shift(’a’)of near field stations was 17.28 s during earthquake hours with an EW component shift >1.5 m. Spatial models of projected N-S static and kinematic offsets show their asymmetrical distributions around the epicentre with maximum model offset of-1.84 m displaced towards south at-45 km north of the epicentre. The Tohoku-Oki earthquake produced a resultant kinematic offset of-10.2 m towards East at its offshore epicentre;while the estimated near field static offset is ~9.82 m. However, both estimates are bigger than double the resultant offset measured value(~4.3 m) in the Japanese mainland using GPS. The difference in the kinematic and static near field offsets highlight that the near surface had elastic or in-elastic kinematic strain dissipation as against the lithospheric level viscoelastic static response, which resulted rapid kinematic strain release(1.12 cm/km)within the limiting radius of ~220 km from the Tohoku-Oki epicentre. 展开更多

Achromatic focusing is essential for broadband operation, which has recently been realised from visible to infrared wavelengths using a metasurface. Similarly, multi-terahertz functional devices can be encoded in a desired metasurface phase profile. However, metalenses suffer from larger chromatic aberrations because of the intrinsic dispersion of each unit element. Here, we propose an achromatic metalens with C-shaped unit elements working from 0.3 to 0.8 THz with a bandwidth of approximately 91% over the centre frequency. The designed metalens possesses a high working efficiency of more than 68% at the peak and a relatively high numerical aperture of 0.385. We further demonstrate the robustness of our Cshaped metalens, considering lateral shape deformations and deviations in the etching depth. Our metalens design opens an avenue for future applications of terahertz meta-devices in spectroscopy, time-offlight tomography and hyperspectral imaging systems. 展开更多

Regulatory detailed planning is the most direct management tool for urban development and construction activities. Through theoretical deduction, this paper demonstrated the elastic relationship between the land-transferring price and the floor area ratio (FAR) of residential land, which represented the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. Based on the two dimensions of market regulation and fiscal replenishment, this paper also established an analytical framework for the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. The results showed that the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning decreased with the expansion of urban scale and that the weaker the market regulation and the stronger the land finance dependence, the weaker the space control intensity for regulatory detailed planning. Based on this, this paper proposed that local governments should strengthen the scientificity and openness of regulatory detailed planning, institutionally resolve the predicament due to fiscal decentralization, and reduce the dependence on land transfer income. 展开更多

Therefore, it is of great significanceto study the mechanism of fault slip instability for evaluating the geological stability ofthe region and for the site selection of major projects. In this paper, cusp catastrophetheory is used to establish a cusp catastrophe model with general softened form ofstrike-slip faults on the basis of strike-slip faults. In this model, the influence of thesoftening property of fault zone on fault instability is considered. Based on this model,the conditions of slip instability of strike-slip faults are derived and further the half-slipdistance, far-field displacement and energy release equation of sliding-slip fault arerevealed. The influences of the system stiffness ratio and the softening property of thefault zone on the half-wave displacement, the far-field displacement and the energyrelease are shown. Which lays a good foundation for further research on activefault-induced earthquake mechanism. 展开更多

Aim: Disturbed alternative splicing of far upstream element-binding protein-interacting repressor (FIR) was found to be unable to repress c-Myc transcription and so it might be important for suppressing tumor development. FIR is a splicing variant of poly (U)-binding-splicing factor (PUF60), and forms complex with other splicing factors. FIR/PUF60 is a splicing factor of U2 small nuclear ribonucleoprotein auxiliary factor family, Thus FIR/PUF60 is a multifunctional protein. The expression of exon2-lacking splicing variant of FIR, FIRΔexon2, is elevated in many cancer tissues and promotes tumor development by disabling FIR-repression to sustain c-Myc activation. FIRΔexon2, as a dominant negative of FIR, opposed apoptosis in cancer cells. FIR/FIRΔexon2 interacts with degron pocket of F-box and W (Typ) D (Asp) repeat domain-containing 7 and inhibits proteolysis of substrates proteins. Recently, FIR/PUF60 was identified as a versatile regulator of transcriptional and post-transcriptional steps in expression of hepatitis B virus (HBV) pregenomic RNA (pgRNA) expression. Methods: Small molecular chemical compounds against FIR and FIRΔexon2 were screened among 2,3275 chemicals by natural product depository array (RIKEN, Wako, Saitama, Japan). Results: Nine chemicals against FIR and four chemicals against FIRΔexon2 were identified as candidates of interacting chemicals. Interestingly, BK697 contains WD -like structure. Among them, BK697 against FIRΔexon2 inhibited hepatoma cell growth. Conclusion: Therefore, FIR (PUF60)/FIRΔexon2 is multifunctional and applicable for clinical use for HBV suppression and hepatoma treatment. Together, one clue to the development of hepatome diagnosis and therapies directed against FIR/FIRΔexon2/PUF60 with small molecular weight chemicals that inhibit HBV cccDNA replication. 展开更多

[目的]观察化瘀止血方联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡便潜血(胃络瘀血)疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60住院诊患者按病志号抽签方法随机分为两组。对照组30例美拉唑20mg+生理盐水100m L,2次/d,静滴;好转后:奥美拉唑,20mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组30例化瘀止血方(酒大黄、仙鹤草、蒲黄各10g,三七6g,茜草、地榆各10g,甘草3g;口干,烦躁而怒,口臭加栀子10g;面色少华,少气懒言加党参、黄芪各12g),水煎300m L,1剂/d,1次/d;奥美拉唑治疗同对照组。连续治疗2周为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便潜血转阴时间。治疗1疗程(2周),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈25例,好转3例,无效2例,总有效率93.00%;对照组治愈20例,好转6例,无效4例,总有效率86.67%;无显著差异(P〉0.05)。大便潜血转阴时间治疗组短于对照组(P〈0.05)。[结论]化瘀止血方联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡便潜血(胃络瘀血),可缩短大便潜血转阴时间,值得深入探讨。 展开更多
