基于提等潜力和主导因素的耕地质量监测类型区划分及布点方法

以江西省南昌县为例,依托江西省耕地质量监测试点项目,依据耕地自然等指数提升潜力大小和对等级提升最大贡献值因子的组合类型来划分耕地质量监测类型区,并依据监测重点及监测类型区面积比例布设监测样点。实证分析表明,南昌县耕地质量... 以江西省南昌县为例,依托江西省耕地质量监测试点项目,依据耕地自然等指数提升潜力大小和对等级提升最大贡献值因子的组合类型来划分耕地质量监测类型区,并依据监测重点及监测类型区面积比例布设监测样点。实证分析表明,南昌县耕地质量等级监测共有14个组合类型,归并14个组合类型得到5个监测类型区:1个常规监测区和4个重点监测区。其中重点监测类型区包括易渍涝区、易干旱区、耕层瘠薄区和肥力缺乏区。依据监测重点和面积大小在各监测类型区内共布设监测样点70个。统计学检验结果证明,同其他常规布点方法对比,在相同监测样点情况下,依据耕地质量等级提升潜力及限制因子组合类型划分耕地质量监测类型区所布置的监测样点,监测的针对性更强,准确性更高。 展开更多

Prognostics and Health Management(PHM) has become a very important tool in modern commercial aircraft. Considering limited built-in sensing devices on the legacy aircraft model,one of the challenges for airborne system health monitoring is to find an appropriate health indicator that is highly related to the actual degradation state of the system. This paper proposed a novel health indicator extraction method based on the available sensor parameters for the health monitoring of Air Conditioning System(ACS) of a legacy commercial aircraft model. Firstly, a specific Airplane Condition Monitoring System(ACMS) report for ACS health monitoring is defined. Then a non-parametric modeling technique is adopted to calculate the health indicator based on the raw ACMS report data. The proposed method is validated on a single-aisle commercial aircraft widely used for short and medium-haul routes, using more than 6000 ACMS reports collected from a fleet of aircraft during one year. The case study result shows that the proposed health indicator can effectively characterize the degradation state of the ACS, which can provide valuable information for proactive maintenance plan in advance. 展开更多

This study focuses on the biodiversity of macroinvertebrates of the Affon River. To reach this goal, eight stations were sampled and physical parameters such as temperature, pH, conductivity, transparency, depth, total dissolved solids (TDS) and dissolved oxygen were measured. Chemical parameters such as ammonium nitrite and phosphate were measured in the laboratory. We identified 9755 macroinvertebrates belonging to 4 classes, 14 orders, and 49 families. Chironomidae were the most abundant family whereas other sensitive insect’s orders such as Ephemeroptera, Trichoptera, and Plecoptera were rarely found, suggesting a poor water quality of the Affon River. The principal components analysis yielded three groups of stations: the first group (Tenéka 2 and 3) characterized by high values of ammonium and phosphate and low values of conductivity and TDS;the second group (Tanéka 1 and Kolokondé 1) with low values of pH, transparency, ammonium and phosphate;and the third group of stations (Kolokondé 2, Kpébouko1, Kpébouko 2, and Affon) marked by high values of conductivity, TDS, transparency, depth and temperature. 基于信息化的单中心门诊血液透析事件监测 预览

目的在应用监测软件的基础上了解门诊血液透析事件的发病率。方法参照美国国家医疗保健安全网络(NHSN)血液透析事件监测手册,依托门诊血液透析事件监测软件,监测2017年1-12月每个月前2个工作日在某院血液透析中心进行维持性血液透析患... 目的在应用监测软件的基础上了解门诊血液透析事件的发病率。方法参照美国国家医疗保健安全网络(NHSN)血液透析事件监测手册,依托门诊血液透析事件监测软件,监测2017年1-12月每个月前2个工作日在某院血液透析中心进行维持性血液透析患者发生的血液透析事件的情况。结果2017年1-12月共监测门诊血液透析患者4006例次,发生血液透析事件138例次,血液透析事件发生率为3.44%,其中使用抗菌药物130例次(静脉52例次,口服78例次),血培养阳性4例次,血管穿刺部位感染4例次。按不同血管通路类型分类,其血液透析事件发生率最高的为非隧道式中央导管(7.33%)。130例使用抗菌药物的患者共发生179例次感染,主要为上呼吸道感染(94例次)。2017年各月份血液透析事件发生率呈先升高后下降的趋势,4月份发生率最高,为19.02%。结论门诊血液透析事件以全身使用抗菌药物为主,非隧道式中央静脉导管患者血液透析事件发生率较高,信息化监测可作为门诊血液透析事件监测的手段。 展开更多

泰安地区2014-2015年生活饮用水水质监测分析 预览

目的了解**地区二次供水水质卫生状况,为加强饮用水卫生管理提供基础性依据,保证辖区居民饮水安全,提出合理,有效的管理措施和建议。方法按照GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》[2]进行检测,并对疾病防控制中心2014-2015年送检的... 目的了解**地区二次供水水质卫生状况,为加强饮用水卫生管理提供基础性依据,保证辖区居民饮水安全,提出合理,有效的管理措施和建议。方法按照GB/T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》[2]进行检测,并对疾病防控制中心2014-2015年送检的生活饮用水样品结果进行统计分析,按照GB/T5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》[1]进行评价。结果2014年到2015年共监测水样296份,总合格率52.03%,其中2014年水样水质合格率为48.65%,2015年55.41%。2014年监测148份水样,不合格指标有硝酸盐氮、游离余氯、二氧化氯、亚氯酸盐。2015年监测148份水样,不合格指标有硝酸盐氮、总硬度、游离余氯、总大肠菌群、菌落总数。水期类型有枯水期、丰水期两种。不同水期类型中,两年枯水期合格率分别47.30%,50%,两年丰水期合格率分别为50%,60.81%。水样类型有三种分别为二次供水、出厂水和末梢水,其中二次供水占22.97%,出厂水占9.46%,末梢水占67.57%。不同水源类型中,2014年二次供水、出厂水和末梢水合格率分别为47.06%、57.14%、48.00%。2015年二次供水、出厂水和末梢水合格率分别为58.82%、71.43%、52.00%。结论生活饮用水中的二次供水水质状况应该引起有关部门的重视,应加强管理与加大监测力度提高二次供水卫生质量确保人民群众身体健康。出厂水明显好于二次供水和末梢水,但三种水样类型水合格率均不高,建设部门要加强水质净化消毒,和饮水防护管理制度的建设。 展开更多

Structural health monitoring (SHM) is a multi-discipline field that involves the automatic sensing of structural loads and response by means of a large number of sensors and instruments, followed by a diagnosis of the structural health based on the collected data. Because an SHM system implemented into a structure automatically senses, evaluates, and warns about structural conditions in real time, massive data are a significant feature of SHM. The techniques related to massive data are referred to as data science and engineering, and include acquisition techniques, transition techniques, management techniques, and processing and mining algorithms for massive data. This paper provides a brief review of the state of the art of data science and engineering in SHM as investigated by these authors, and covers the compressive sampling-based data-acquisition algorithm, the anomaly data diagnosis approach using a deep learning algorithm, crack identification approaches using computer vision techniques, and condition assessment approaches for bridges using machine learning algorithms. Introduction: Diabetes, a chronic pathology, is the source of many acute and chronic complications whose treatment requires many daily constraints that can have a serious impact on the quality of life of the patient and his family. The diabetic foot is a real public health problem which is still dominated by a very high lower limb amputation rate even in countries with high socioeconomic status. The diabetic foot classically results from the association of three entangled mechanisms which are neuropathy, arteriopathy and infection. Objectives: To determine the frequency of arterial disease, neuropathy, and other aggravating factors that influence the podiatry risk, and to proceed with the gradation of the podiatry risk. Methodology: This was a cross-sectional study concerning the period from July 1 to October 31, 2017, covering all diabetic patients received in consultation and hospitalization in the Internal Medicine Department of the G-University Hospital Center. Results: Our study included 50 patients (35 women for 15 men) out of 95 diabetic patients receiving a frequency of 52.6%, with a sex ratio of 0.42. The average age of our patients was 54.38 ± 13.98 years. Overweight/obesity found in 44% of patients. The average Body Mass Index (BMI) of our patients was 27.16 kg/m2. Patients with diabetes less than 5 years old represented 56% with an average duration of 5.39 ± 5.34 years. The mode of discovery of diabetes was polyuria-polydipsia syndrome in 56% of cases. Type 2 diabetes represented 74% of patients. Among the patients who had performed the HbA1C test, 80.77% were not well balanced. The antecedent of macrosomia in women accounted for 77.1%. Patients who did not know foot hygiene recommendations accounted for 82%. Among the identified podiatry risk factors, diabetic neuropathy accounted for 73.8%, and arterial disease was 32.3%. Grade 1 patients in our study accounted for 52% (gradation of foot risk). Conclusion: The diabetic foot is a major public health problem because of its frequency, its direct and 展开更多

背景尽管多模式神经电生理监测(MIOM)技术已广泛应用于颈椎手术中,但国内外鲜有其在体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中对机械性损伤的监测作用的相关报道。目的评估MIOM在体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中监测脊髓及神经功能变化的作用,为手术的安全保... 背景尽管多模式神经电生理监测(MIOM)技术已广泛应用于颈椎手术中,但国内外鲜有其在体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中对机械性损伤的监测作用的相关报道。目的评估MIOM在体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中监测脊髓及神经功能变化的作用,为手术的安全保驾护航。方法回顾性收集2016年9月2 017年9月在北大医疗鲁中医院脊柱外科接受颈椎手术的61例患者的资料。患者均行术前及术中MIOM,数据由体感诱发电位(SEP)、运动诱发电位(MEP)及肌电图(EMG)组成,从术前颈部体位摆放直至手术结束。记录患者MIOM结果及临床疗效[采用日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分评估患者术前、术后7 d脊髓及神经功能,并计算JOA评分改善率]。计算SEP、MEP的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结果61例患者中,6例患者在体位摆放或手术过程中出现MEP警报(MEP突然部分或完全消失),然而SEP未见明显变化。6例患者均在体位摆放过程中出现MEP警报,其中5例重新摆放体位后MEP恢复至基线水平且手术操作中均未出现诱发电位警报,1例植骨融合后MEP恢复至基线水平;6例患者术后MEP较基线电位明显升高,术后未出现新的神经功能障碍或原有神经功能障碍加重。然而,只有1例患者(行枕骨寰椎融合术)在体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中出现MEP警报,MEP部分消失,SEP正常,术后未出现新的神经功能障碍或原有神经功能障碍加重。6 1例患者监测过程中无假阴性或假阳性记录,均未出现EMG异常。MEP的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均为100.0%;SE P的灵敏度为0,特异度为100.0%,阳性预测值为0,阴性预测值为90.2%。患者术后JOA评分高于术前(P<0.05)。患者JOA评分改善率为12.5%~75.0%,平均(42.9±17.6)%。结论MIOM技术是预防体位摆放及颈椎手术过程中脊髓、神经根损伤的有效工具。其中MEP监测脊髓及神经根损伤的灵敏度最高;SEP 展开更多

A total of 123 women with type 1 diabetes and 31 women with type 2 diabetes respectively were used at random in the Continuous Glucose Monitoring for a total of 6 days at different stages of pregnancy. Results revealed that intermittently using real-time Continuous Glucose Monitoring in pregnancy plus plasma glucose which is self-monitored does not really help to improve the control of glycemic or outcome of pregnant women with diabetes. 展开更多

目的探讨右美托咪定在儿童脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)手术全身麻醉维持中,对机体正常呼吸及循环功能的维持作用。方法选择2018年9月25日,因“发现骶尾部包块3+个月”,于四川大学华西医院进行手术治疗时,采取右美托咪定进行麻醉维持的1例TCS患... 目的探讨右美托咪定在儿童脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)手术全身麻醉维持中,对机体正常呼吸及循环功能的维持作用。方法选择2018年9月25日,因“发现骶尾部包块3+个月”,于四川大学华西医院进行手术治疗时,采取右美托咪定进行麻醉维持的1例TCS患儿为研究对象。采用回顾性分析方法,收集该例患儿的临床病例资料,对其手术麻醉维持方案及其效果进行总结。对儿童TCS手术麻醉维持相关文献进行复习时,设定检索策略为:分别以“脊髓栓系综合征”“儿童”“麻醉”“tethered cord syndrome”“pediatric”及“anesthesia”为中、英文关键词,在PubMed数据库、EMBASE数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文科技期刊数据库中,检索儿童TCS手术麻醉维持相关文献,检索时间设定为2007年1月1日至2018年10月1日。本研究遵循的程序符合2013年修订的《世界医学协会赫尔辛基宣言》要求。结果①病史采集及辅助检查结果:本例患儿为男性,3+个月龄,发现骶尾部包块3+个月,其他发育正常。MRI检查结果显示,骶管增粗,L4至S3平面骶管后部可见梭形脂肪信号影(4.0cm×1.2cm×1.3cm)。②手术治疗方案:对本例TCS患儿进行脊髓黏连松解术+椎管内外巨大占位切除术,采用术中神经电生理监测(IONM)技术,对患儿运动诱发电位(MEP)、肌电图进行监测。③手术麻醉诱导及维持方案:对本例患儿TCS手术采取8%七氟烷潮气量法,并静脉注射舒芬太尼5μg、顺阿曲库铵2mg进行麻醉诱导。同时,采用静脉注射右美托咪定0.5~1.0μg/(kg·min)联合瑞芬太尼0.15~0.20μg/(kg·min)进行麻醉维持,麻醉维持时间为5.1h。患儿术后未发生低血压、心率降低等不良反应,拔管顺利,术后第4天顺利出院。④文献复习结果:按照本研究设定的文献检索策略,共计检索出5篇文献报道儿童TCS手术麻醉维持� 展开更多

The risk of fatalities from rib failure is still prevalent in the coal mining industry. This risk has prompted further research to be conducted on rib deformation in order to understand the mechanisms of rib failure,with the long-term objective being to improve rib support design. This paper presents the results of ACARP research project C25057, which investigated the mechanics and drivers of rib failure. The results of rib deformation monitoring at three different mines in Australia provide rib deformation characteristics for overburden depths ranging from 160 to 530 m. Monitoring includes deformation during development drivage conditions and during the longwall retreat abutment stress environment. The rib deformation monitoring covered three different seams: the Goonyella Middle Seam, Ulan Seam, and Bulli Seam in the Bowen Basin, Western Coalfield, and Southern Coalfield, respectively. The observed mechanisms driving the rib deformation ranged from bedding shear failure along weak claystone bands to vertical shear fractures to kinematic failures driven by shear failure dilation. The variation in mechanisms of rib failure, together with the seemingly consistent method of rib support design, prompts the question: what exactly is the role of rib support? 展开更多

It is a major public health problem in Egypt. The objective of this study was to detect the clearance of HCV-RNA in Egyptian patients who were recommended for combination therapy of pyglated interferon α 2a and ribavirin (PEG-interferon/Ribavirin). Ninety-five positive HCV-IgG cases were tested for HCV-RNA at baseline and at weeks 4, 12, 24, 48 and 72 of treatment with PEG-interferon α 2a/Ribavirin. The correlations between the viral parameters during and after treatment were evaluated. Patients recommended receiving PEG-interferon 2a/ribavirin combination therapy showed high response rate determined as 71.9% achieved Sustained Virological Response (SVR) from total patients, and 71.4% from patients who received 48 weeks therapy. In general, the employment of TMA provided us the accuracy of results with confidence in our work. There was a significant relation (p < 0.001) between results of Transcription mediated amplification (TMA) and response to therapy that indicate to positive correlation. The development of sensitive accurate assays for HCV-RNA detection and quantification is necessary to improve not only the assessment of the response to antiviral therapy but also our understanding of the mechanism underlying antiviral resistance. 展开更多
