Raising the in situ decomposition rate of natural gas hydrate and increasing the decomposition contact area are two main ways to raise the productivity of hydrate. An exploitation technique based on large borehole with multi-lateral branches (LB & MB) was proposed in this paper. This technique is mainly intended for the clayey silt hydrate reservoir in the South China Sea, and its main purpose is to alleviate the sand output from formation for maintaining the stability of the reservoir and to greatly increase the gas productivity of the reservoir. In this paper, the following aspects were mainly expounded: definition of the basic geometric parameters for layout of multi-lateral branches in clayey silt hydrate reservoir, simulation of the stimulation effect of a typical well profile with two branches, and prediction and simulation of the reservoir failure risk in a well profile with eight branches. The results show that the LB & MB effectively improves the flow field in the formation, raises the productivity of the reservoir and may also help to decrease the produced water-gas ratio (WGR). When the lateral branches spacing is too small, the failure zones around adjacent lateral branches overlap each other, possibly causing reservoir failure in a larger range. Therefore, the geometric parameters of multi-lateral branches depend on the dual control of the productivity and geotechnical risk factor of reservoir. Further study is being carried out, so as to obtain the optimal combination of parameters of multi-lateral branches. 展开更多

Although previous studies have conducted much work on the geochronology, subdivision of stratigraphic units, regional correlation and paleontology, high controversies remain about geochronology, subdivision of stratigraphic units and sedimentology. Here, we report a synthesized study of the Cretaceous successions and stratigraphy in Shandong based on the new results. Accordingly, reconstruction of framework of the Cretaceous stratigraphy in Shandong is summarized as, in descending order, the Mengyin Group of the Jurassic/Cretaceous transition, the Lower Cretaceous Laiyang Group, Qingshan Group, Dasheng Group and the Upper Cretaceous Wangshi Group. 展开更多

系统地回顾了新中国成立70年以来环境保护战略政策的历史变迁,分析其演进脉络、阶段性变化特征和取得的成效,对于制定新时代国家生态环境保护战略政策、全面推进生态文明和“美丽中国”建设具有重大现实意义.以环境保护战略政策历史演... 系统地回顾了新中国成立70年以来环境保护战略政策的历史变迁,分析其演进脉络、阶段性变化特征和取得的成效,对于制定新时代国家生态环境保护战略政策、全面推进生态文明和“美丽中国”建设具有重大现实意义.以环境保护战略政策历史演进为主线,将新中国成立70年以来的环境保护战略政策历史变迁与发展划分为5个阶段:①非理性战略探索阶段(1949—1971年);②建立环境保护三大政策和八项管理制度的环境保护基本国策(1972—1991年);③强化重点流域、区域污染治理的可持续发展战略(1992—2000年);④控制污染物排放总量、推进生态环境示范创建的环境友好型战略(2001—2012年);⑤推进环境质量改善和“美丽中国”建设的生态文明战略(2013年至今).分析表明,我国基本形成了符合国情且较为完善的环境战略政策体系,在生态文明和环境保护法制与体制改革、生态环境目标责任制、生态环境市场经济政策体系以及多元有效的生态环境治理格局下取得了重大成就,对环境保护事业发展发挥了不可替代的支撑作用,为深入推进生态文明建设和“美丽中国”伟大目标实现提供了重要保障.结合新时代生态文明建设和“美丽中国”建设的目标需求,提出了未来我国生态环境保护战略政策的基本走向、改革目标,指出了管理体制、生态法治、空间管控、市场机制、公众参与、责任考核等六大改革方向. 展开更多

This study simulated the moisture transport process of southern China annually first rainy season(SCAFRS)using a Lagrangian airflow trajectory model(Hybrid Single Particle Lagrangian Integrated Trajectory: HYSPLIT), to determine SCAFRS moisture transport characteristics and their relationship with South China Sea summer monsoon(SCSSM). It is found that the moisture transport paths and sources of SCAFRS are closely related to the onset of SCSSM. Divided by SCSSM onset dates, the moisture transport characteristics of SCAFRS are compared quantitatively.Before the onset of SCSSM, precipitation of SCAFRS mainly comes from western Pacific and eastern China. Their contributions are 24% and 25%, respectively. The amount of water vapor carried along the path coming from Bay of Bengal-South China Sea(BSC) is relatively high, but the contribution rate of this path to SCAFRS precipitation is relatively low. Mainly due to strong precipitation over Bay of Bengal before the onset of SCSSM, this region is a moisture sink, which makes most moisture deposit in this region and only a small portion of water vapor transported to southern China. After the onset of SCSSM, most water vapor is transported to southern China by the southwesterly paths. The Indian Ocean is the main moisture source, which contributes almost 25% to SCAFRS precipitation. The contributions of moisture originating from BSC and eastern China to southern China precipitation after the onset of SCSSM are 21% and 18%, respectively. 展开更多

Alpine glaciers in the central Tian Shan are an important indicator of climate change and also the freshwater tower for the transboundary countries in Central Asia. Knowledge about the glacier dynamics in the late Holocene, such as the Little Ice Age, and surface zones is still limited. In this study, two headwater basins, the Xiata and the Muzart basins, in the Harajoriha Mountain Range in northwestern China were selected to investigate the glacial landforms and glacier surface types using a combination of geomorphological mapping and remote sensing analysis. Several types of glacial landforms including glacial valleys, moraine complexes, moraine ridges, and trimlines were identified and manually digitized based on the 30 m Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) digital elevation model, 10 m Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, and high-resolution images from Google Earth. In addition, an effective automated mapping algorithm was applied to the modern glaciers from a Landsat 8 scene using its optical and thermal bands to classify glacier facies, i.e. ice, snow, and slush zone, and supraglacial debris cover. Field trip to the forelands of the Aerqialeteer Glacier in the Xiata basin allowed detailed mapping of the proglacial environment and provided field checks for the mapping with GPS tracks and panoramic photos. Through this fused approach, the mapping results showed a combination of different sets of information connecting the glacier retreat since the late Holocene to contemporary glacier properties. They will be of particular value for future chronological reconstruction of past glacial events and for understanding how surface characteristics play a role in the heterogeneity of glacier responses to climate change. 展开更多
