Effect of Post-Annealing on Structural and Electrical Properties of ZnO:In Films

Indium-doped ZnO(ZnO:In) films are deposited on quartz substrates by rf magnetron sputtering. The effects of post-annealing on structural, electrical, optical and Raman properties are investigated by x-ray diffraction,Raman scattering, Hall measurement and first-principles calculation. The results indicate that all of the ZnO:In films have excellent crystallinity with a preferred ZnO(002) orientation. It is found that the incorporation of In can dramatically increase the intensity of the 274 cm-1 Raman mode. However, both post-annealing treatment and increasing O2 partial pressure in the process of preparing thin films can reduce the intensity of the 274 cm-1 mode or even eliminate it, and relax compressive stress of the ZnO:In film judged by analyzing the shifts of the(002) Bragg peaks and E2(high) mode. Finally, the origin of the 274 cm-1 mode is inferred to be the vibration of Zn interstitial(Zni) defects, which play a crucial role in the high electron concentration and low resistivity of ZnO:In films annealed in an appropriate temperature range(450–600℃). 展开更多

针对传统的迭代最近点(Iterative Closest Point,ICP)算法在视觉里程计应用中存在的外点干扰与相机偶然大运动导致的位姿估计不准确或失效问题,提出基于空间约束ICP算法的相机位姿估计方法与帧对模型与帧间估计的切换策略,提高位姿估计... 针对传统的迭代最近点(Iterative Closest Point,ICP)算法在视觉里程计应用中存在的外点干扰与相机偶然大运动导致的位姿估计不准确或失效问题,提出基于空间约束ICP算法的相机位姿估计方法与帧对模型与帧间估计的切换策略,提高位姿估计准确度和鲁棒性。方法利用彩色深度相机的数学模型和空间约束为每帧图像提取的三维点云中的点赋予不同权值,并在ICP算法起始阶段估计当前帧点云与模型点云重叠率,减少外点对位姿估计的影响。为应对相机的偶然大运动,提出帧间位姿计算与帧对模型位姿计算的切换策略。实验在标准测试数据集下,与典型视觉里程计对比有效提高小规模运动下位姿估计的准确度,同时解决了相机偶然大运动下系统失效问题。 展开更多

A novel strategy to synthesize copper-based nanoparticles supported on carbon nitride(C3 N4) was developed by popping of mixture containing C3 N4 and cupric nitrate. Characterizations such as X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) indicate that the structure of g-C3 N4 maintained although a popping process occurred. High resolution transmission electronic microscopy(HRTEM) characterization illustrated that copper-based nanoparticles with diameter of < 1 nm were well distributed on g-C3 N4. This kind of copper catalyst exhibits high catalytic activity and selectivity in arylation of pyrazole, a simple and effect strategy to construct C-N bond in organic chemistry.According to the results of control experiments and characterizations, cuprous oxide should be the catalytic active phase in the supported coperbased catalyst. 展开更多

目的对比重建股骨距(股骨近端外侧锁钉钢板辅助前侧短重建钢板)与股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折疗效,为患者治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月于江苏省连云港市第一人民医院骨科收治的80... 目的对比重建股骨距(股骨近端外侧锁钉钢板辅助前侧短重建钢板)与股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折疗效,为患者治疗方式的选择提供依据。方法选取2014年1月—2016年1月于江苏省连云港市第一人民医院骨科收治的80例老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折患者,依据随机数字表法分为重建股骨距组和PFNA组,各40例,重建股骨距组采用重建股骨距治疗,PFNA组采用PFNA治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果两组患者疗效优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者开始部分负重时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),PFNA组的手术时间、手术切口长度、出血量和骨折愈合时间低于重建股骨距组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PFNA和重建股骨距治疗老年不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,但PFNA微创、创伤小且愈合快,应为首选,而重建股骨距可作为PFNA的有效补充。 展开更多

目的:观察高度近视角膜生物力学因素——角膜阻滞量对飞秒激光LASIK术后角膜后表面曲率的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。选取2014年1月至2015年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院眼科视光学中心行飞秒激光LASIK的青年患者103例(206眼),按照术... 目的:观察高度近视角膜生物力学因素——角膜阻滞量对飞秒激光LASIK术后角膜后表面曲率的影响。方法:前瞻性研究。选取2014年1月至2015年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院眼科视光学中心行飞秒激光LASIK的青年患者103例(206眼),按照术前不同角膜阻滞量分为A组(54例,角膜迟滞因子<9.6)和B组(46例,角膜迟滞因子>9.6),分别于术前及术后1、3、6、12个月采用Oculyzer眼前节分析系统测量角膜后表面曲率变化。2组术前及术后各时间点比较采用重复测量的方差分析。结果:最终100例患者(200眼)完成研究,其中A组54例,B组46例。A组术后1、3、6、12个月的后表面曲率分别为(6.37±0.09)D、(6.44±0.09)D、(6.43±0.09)D、(6.43±0.09)D,手术前后各时间点差异有统计学意义(F=104.11,P<0.001)。术后3个月与术后1个月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月与术后3个月,术后12个月与术后6个月相比差异无统计学意义。B组术后1、3、6、12个月的后表面曲率分别为(6.29±0.08)D、(6.36±0.09)D、(6.37±0.09)D、(6.37±0.09)D,术后各时间点与术前相比差异有统计学意义(F=138.05,P<0.001),术后1个月和术后3个月比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后6个月与术后3个月、术后12个月与术后6个月相比差异无统计学意义。A组和B组术前的后表面曲率比较差异无统计学意义,但在术后1、3、6、12个月比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.78、4.39、3.56、3.17,P<0.05)。结论:高度近视行飞秒激光LASIK术后角膜后表面曲率均产生变化,术前角膜迟滞量对术后角膜后表面曲率变化量存在影响。屈光手术术前筛查需要充分考虑到角膜生物力学因素对术后角膜稳定性的影响。 展开更多

目的:探讨电针治疗骶上脊髓损伤所致的神经原性膀胱的效应及其作用机制。方法:雌性Sprague-Dawley大鼠60只,按随机数表法分为空白组、假手术组,各12只,剩余大鼠造模.取24只成功模型大鼠随机分为模型组和电针组,各12只。手术造模后第1... 目的:探讨电针治疗骶上脊髓损伤所致的神经原性膀胱的效应及其作用机制。方法:雌性Sprague-Dawley大鼠60只,按随机数表法分为空白组、假手术组,各12只,剩余大鼠造模.取24只成功模型大鼠随机分为模型组和电针组,各12只。手术造模后第19天起,电针组取"次髎""中极""三阴交""大椎"穴进行电针干预,留针20 min,每日1次,连续7d,其余三组仅捆绑相同时间.干预结束后行尿流动力学检测,取损伤部位脊髓组织,Western-blot法检测PACAP-38及PACIR的含量。结果:①与空白组比较,假手术组膀胱最大容量、漏尿点压力、膀胱顺应性及脊髓组织内PACAP-38、PAC1R含量差异无显著性意义;与假手术组比较,模型组膀胱最大容量、膀胱顺应性均较低(均P〈0.05),漏尿点压力较高(P〈0.05),PACAP-38及PAC1R的含量较低(均P〈0.05)。与模型组比较,电针组的膀胱最大容量及膀胱顺应性较高(均P〈0.05),漏尿点压力较低(P〈0.05),PACAP-38及PAC1R的含量较高(均P〈0.05)。结论:电针"次髎""中极""三阴交""大椎"可改善骶上脊髓损伤后神经原性膀胱大鼠膀胱功能,其机制可能与受损脊髓组织中PAC AP-38及PACIR蛋白表达升高有关。 展开更多

AIM To explore the role of macrophages in chronic pancreatitis(CP) and the effect of Dachaihu decoction(DCHD) on pancreatic fibrosis in mice.METHODS Kun Ming mice were randomly divided into a control group, CP group, and DCHD group. In the CP and DCHD groups, mice were intraperitoneally injected with 20% L-arginine(3 g/kg twice 1 d/wk for 6 wk). Mice in the DCHD group were administered DCHD intragastrically at a dose of 14 g/kg/d 1 wk after CP induction. At 2 wk, 4 wk and 6 wk post-modeling, the morphology of the pancreas was observed using hematoxylin and eosin, and Masson staining. Interleukin-6(IL-6) serum levels were assayed using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Double immunofluorescence staining was performed to observe the co-expression of F4/80 and IL-6 in the pancreas. Inflammatory factors including monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1), macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α) and IL-6 were determined using real time-polymerase chain reaction. Western blot analysis was used to detect fibronectin levels in the pancreas. RESULTS Compared with the control group, mice with 20% L-arginine-induced CP had obvious macrophage infiltration and a higher level of fibrosis. IL-6 serum concentrations were significantly increased. Double immunofluorescence staining showed that IL-6 and F4/80 were co-expressed in the pancreas. With the administration of DCHD, the infiltration of macrophages and degree of fibrosis in the pancreas were significantly attenuated; IL-6, MCP-1 and MIP-1α m RNA, and fibronectin levels were reduced. CONCLUSION The dominant role of macrophages in the development of CP was mainly related to IL-6 production. DCHD was effective in ameliorating pancreatic fibrosis by inhibiting macrophage infiltration and inflammatory factor secretion in the pancreas. 展开更多

AIM To investigate the role of the mi R-133a-UCP2 pathway in the pathogenesis of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and to explore the potential downstream mechanisms with respect to inflammation,oxidative stress and energy metabolism.METHODS C57BL/6 mice were fed dextran sulfate sodium(DSS)liquid for 7 consecutive days,followed by the administration of saline to the DSS group,UCP2 si RNA to the UCP2 group and a mi R-133a mimic to the mi R-133a group on days 8 and 11.Body weight,stool consistencyand rectal bleeding were recorded daily,and these composed the disease activity index(DAI)score for the assessment of disease severity.After cervical dislocation was performed on day 14,the length of the colon in each mouse was measured,and colonic tissue was collected for further study,which included the following:haematoxylin and eosin staining,UCP2 and mi R-133a detection by immunohistochemical staining,western blot and quantitative real-time PCR,measurement of apoptosis by TUNEL assay,and the assessment of inflammation(TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and MCP1),oxidative stress(H2O2 and MDA)and metabolic parameters(ATP)by ELISA and colorimetric methods.RESULTS An animal model of IBD was successfully established,as shown by an increased DAI score,shortened colon length and specific pathologic changes,along with significantly increased UCP2 and decreased mi R-133a levels.Compared with the DSS group,the severity of IBD was alleviated in the UCP2 and the mi R-133a groups after successful UCP2 knockdown and mi R-133a overexpression.The extent of apoptosis,as well as the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β,MDA and ATP,were significantly increased in both the UCP2 and mi R-133a groups compared with the DSS group.CONCLUSION The mi R-133a-UCP2 pathway participates in IBD by altering downstream inflammation,oxidative stress and markers of energy metabolism,which provides novel clues and potential therapeutic targets for IBD. 展开更多

METHODS Human GC cell lines KATOIII,MKN-28 and SGC-7901were infected with adenovirus gp96 at a multiplicity of infection of 100.gp96-GC antigen peptide complexes were purified.MTT(3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide)assay,lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)release assay and enzymelinked immunosorbent assay were used to determine allo-reactive T cell stimulation,natural killer(NK)cell activity and expression of cytokines(such as interleukin(IL)-10,IL-12,interferon(IFN)-γand tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α),respectively.Effect of cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)on DCs incubated with HSP-gp96was also evaluated by LDH release.All assays were performed in triplicate and the average values were reported.Comparison between groups was conducted using Student’s t test.RESULTS T cells incubated with HSP-gp96 exhibited a marked increase in proliferation in a dose-dependent manner(P<0.05).NK cell activity after gp96-GC peptide complex treatment was significantly higher than that after antigen peptide treatment(P<0.05).The activity of CTLs incubated with DCs from three GC cells lines was obviously higher than that stimulated by GC antigen at ratios of 50:1,25:1,10:1,and 5:1(P<0.05).Furthermore,the secretion of TNF-α,IL-10,IL-12(P70)and IFN-γmarkedly increased after incubation with HSP-gp96(P<0.05).CONCLUSION HSP-gp96 promotes T cell response,enhances DC antigen presentation and induces cytokine secretion,as well.HSP-gp96 has potential as immunotherapy for elimination of residual GC cells. 展开更多

目的:结合体外细胞实验和在体动物实验研究羊膜上皮细胞(amnion epithelial cell,AEC)混悬液对兔角膜上皮细胞(cornea epithelial cell,CEC)生物学行为的影响及对急性角膜碱烧伤的治疗作用。方法:细胞实验:实验组将AEC及CEC于T... 目的:结合体外细胞实验和在体动物实验研究羊膜上皮细胞(amnion epithelial cell,AEC)混悬液对兔角膜上皮细胞(cornea epithelial cell,CEC)生物学行为的影响及对急性角膜碱烧伤的治疗作用。方法:细胞实验:实验组将AEC及CEC于Transwell小室中培养,上室为AEC混悬液,下室接种CEC,对照组上室仅为培养基,于不同时间点行CCK-8法检测CEC的增殖活性; 免疫细胞化学法检测PCNA表达; 细胞划痕法观察细胞迁移能力。动物实验:采用改良的兔角膜碱烧伤模型制备方法:将10mm直径环钻轻置于角膜中央,向环钻中央加入NaOH溶液,1min后去环钻迅速冲洗兔眼,随机分三组(空白对照、AEC混悬液滴眼液治疗组、结膜下注射治疗组),于术后每周行裂隙灯显微镜及荧光素钠染色观察角膜情况。第28d摘除眼球并固定行HE染色,免疫组织化学法检测角膜VEGF、mcp-1的表达。结果:CCK-8法示AEC混悬液作用后的CEC增殖活性增强(P〈0.05); 免疫细胞化学法显示PCNA阳性表达增强(P〈0.05); 划痕试验示AEC干预后CEC迁移加快。动物实验表明,滴眼液组和结膜下注射组的角膜恢复时间明显缩短,CNV面积均少于对照组(P〈0.05),滴眼液组和结膜下注射组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05); HE染色示治疗组角膜组织炎症细胞浸润更少,组织排列更规则; 免疫组化显示组织中VEGF、mcp-1表达更低(P〈0.05),而滴眼液组和结膜下注射组之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:AEC混悬液促进CEC增殖和迁移,影响CEC生物学行为变化。经AEC混悬液点眼及结膜下注射治疗兔眼碱烧伤后角膜修复加快,且两种方法抑制炎症反应及CNV形成,有望成为治疗急性角膜碱烧伤的新方法。 展开更多

Advances in ultrasound-targeted microbubble-mediated gene therapy for liver fibrosis

Hepatic fibrosis develops as a wound-healing scar in response to acute and chronic liver inflammation and can lead to cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B and C. The condition arises due to increased synthesis and reduced degradation of extracellular matrix(ECM) and is a common pathological sequela of chronic liver disease. Excessive deposition of ECM in the liver causes liver dysfunction, ascites, and eventually upper gastrointestinal bleeding as well as a series of complications.However, fibrosis can be reversed before developing into cirrhosis and has thus been the subject of extensive researches particularly at the gene level. Currently, therapeutic genes are imported into the damaged liver to delay or prevent the development of liver fi brosis by regulating the expression of exogenous genes. One technique of gene delivery uses ultrasound targeting of microbubbles combined with therapeutic genes where the time and intensity of the ultrasound can control the release process.Ultrasound irradiation of microbubbles in the vicinity of cells changes the permeability of the cell membrane by its cavitation effect and enhances gene transfection. In this paper, recent progress in the field is reviewed with emphasis on the following aspects: the types of ultrasound microbubbles, the construction of an ultrasound-mediated gene delivery system, the mechanism of ultrasound microbubble–mediated gene transfer and the application of ultrasound microbubbles in the treatment of liver fibrosis. 展开更多

Objective: To access the toxicity of forsythin from Forsythia suspensa leaves and evaluate its safety,Methods: Acute toxicity was determined by oral administration of a single dose of 18 100 mg/kg forsythin in NIH mice,Sub-chronic toxicity was evaluated by oral administration of several doses of forsythin for 30 days at does of 0,540,1 620,and 6 480 mg/kg in SD rats.Results: In the acute toxicity study,mortality was not observed after 14 days,In addition,clinically relevant adverse effects,or variations in body weight or food consumption were not observed,Similarly,after 30 days in the sub-chronic toxicity study,no mortality or significant toxicological effects such as decreased food consumption,body weight,biochemical parameters and vital organs etc,were noticed,Conclusion: The results revealed that the forsythin from Forsythia suspensa leaves has low or no toxicity via oral administration,and therefore is suitable for further development and applications. 展开更多
