苏10区块新井投产初期地面工艺优势 预览

摘要 根据苏里格新井井数多、分布广、气量和压力变化范围大,工况变化大,其产能和稳定期都不确定,特别是放喷天然气中携带有大量的砂、返排液及污水,对普通设备损坏巨大,危险系数极高的特点,针对性地开展放喷气回收、试采生产工艺。应用结果表明,采用撬装式压裂放喷天然气除砂脱液装置和试采生产工艺,能够有效的减少天然气的放空和燃烧,并且能够准确掌握气井初期压力、产能以及出砂出液规律,为下步节流器配产提供科学依据。 According to the number of new Wells in a well wide distribution volume and large range of pressure change, change of working condition, and its production capacity and stability are uncertain, especially put gas injection are carrying a large amount of sand fluid flowback and sewage, to ordinary equipment damage, the characteristics of the risk is extremely high, targeted to carry out put jet recycling stopes production technology application results show that the device prizing type put spray gas sand fracturing fluid device and test production technology, can effectively reduce the vent gas and combustion, and the ability to accurately grasp the gas well capacity and initial pressure sand production rule of produced liquid, for next step choke proration provided the scientific basis.
