化学杂交剂SQ-1对麦长管蚜生命表重要参数及酶活的影响 预览

Vital Life Table Parameters and Enzyme Activities Influenced by Chemical Hybridization Agent SQ-1 in the Wheat Aphid(Sitobion avenae)

摘要 为了准确评价小麦化学杂交剂SQ-1的生态安全性,以5 kg·hm-2的SQ-1处理过的小麦和对照小麦(等量清水处理)作为食材分别饲喂麦长管蚜(Sitobion avenae),连续饲喂11代,并记录第2、第6、第11代蚜虫的生命表数据,同时分别提取第2、第6、第11代处理组和对照组蚜虫的体内总酶液,检测其超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的活性。结果表明,麦长管蚜种群参数(内禀增长率rm、周限增长率λ、净增值率R0、平均世代周期t)随世代增加呈递减趋势;SQ-1处理组的rm、λ和R0仅在第6代显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而在第2代和第11代与对照无显著差异;SQ-1处理组的T在各世代均与对照无显著差异;处理组的产仔前总时间(TPOP)和寿命随世代的变化趋势与对照组一致,且第2代、第6代和第11代处理组各繁殖参数(TPOP、产仔天数和寿命)与对照组无显著差异。酶活性检测发现,处理组麦长管蚜CAT活性在第6代与对照组无显著差异,在第2代和第11代均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),处理组的其他酶活性在各世代均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。不同酶活性随世代增加的变化趋势各不相同, SOD活性在处理组呈递减趋势,对照组呈先增加后减少的趋势;POD活性在处理组呈先增加后减少的趋势,对照组呈先减少后增加的趋势;CAT活性在处理组呈先减少后增加的趋势,对照组呈递减趋势;AchE活性在处理组和对照组均呈先增加后减少的趋势。SOD、POD、CAT和AchE活性之间均呈正相关。上述结果表明,保护酶系统和解毒代谢途径的协同工作是SQ-1胁迫下确保麦长管蚜各种群参数随世代增加逐渐恢复至对照水平和维持各繁殖参数不发生差异显著性变化的重要保障。进一步说明,生物自身保护酶系统和解毒代谢途径可以修复一定剂量的化学杂交剂SQ-1对生物造成的胁迫损伤,因此认为小麦化学杂交剂S In order to accurately evaluate the ecological safety of the wheat chemical hybridization agent SQ-1,this study used wheat treated with 5 kg·hm-2 SQ-1 and control wheat(treated with an equal amount of water)as food for the grain aphid Sitobion avenae.They were fed for 11 consecutive generations,and the life table data of the 2 nd,6 th,and 11 th generations of aphids were recorded.At the same time,total enzyme solution of the 2 nd,6 th,and 11 th generations of aphids were extracted from the treatment group and the control group of aphids.In addition,the enzymatic activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),and the detoxification enzyme acetylcholinesterase(AchE)was measured.The results showed that population parameters(intrinsic rate of increase rm,finite rate of increaseλ,net reproductive rate R0,and mean generation time T)were decreased with the increase of generation.Among population parameters,the intrinsic rate of increase rm,finite rate of increaseλ,and net reproductive rate R0 in the treatment group in the 6 th generation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while those in the 2 nd and 11 th generations were not significantly different from those in the control group.There was no significant difference in mean generation time T between the treatment group and the control group of each generation of aphids.Meanwhile,the trend of the total pre-oviposition period TPOP and longevity in the treatment group were consistent with those in the control group,and the fecundity parameters(total pre-oviposition period TPOP,oviposition days and longevity)in the treatment group was not significantly different from the control group in all generations.Enzyme activity measurements showed that CAT activity in the treatment group was not significantly different from that in control group in 6 th generation,while that in the 2 nd and 11 th generations was significantly higher,compared to the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the activities of SOD,POD and AchE in the treatmen
