基于TBCC活化过氧化氢体系的大麻/再生涤纶/氨纶混纺织物低温漂白工艺 预览

Low-temperature bleaching of hemp/recycled polyester/spandex blended fabric based on the TBCC-activated peroxide system

摘要 为了有效改善大麻/再生涤纶/氨纶混纺织物的白度并降低因漂白而造成的织物损伤,使用N-[4-(三乙基铵甲撑)苯酰基]己内酰胺氯化物(TBCC)、过氧化氢(H2O2)、碳酸氢钠(NaHCO3)按物质的量之比为1∶1.2∶1.4构建活化过氧化氢体系对其进行低温漂白。分析表明:TBCC的质量浓度是影响活化过氧化氢体系对混纺织物漂白性能的主要因素,其次是漂白温度和时间,通过研究确定最佳低温漂白工艺为:TBCC质量浓度7.5 g/L、漂白温度50℃、漂白时间30 min。与常规氧漂工艺相比较,过氧化氢体系可将混纺织物的白度值由41.44增加至55.40,径向强力损失由9.9%降低至3.1%,织物失重率由6.1%降低为4.8%。 To effectively improve the degree of whiteness of hemp/recycled polyester/spandex blended fabric as well as reduce the fabric damage resulting from bleaching, the blended fabric was bleached by an activated peroxide system which was established by using N-[4-(triethylammoniomethyl)benzoyl]caprolactam chloride(TBCC), hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and sodium bicarbonate(NaHCO3) in a 1∶1.2∶1.4 molar ratio. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the TBCC concentration had the most important effect on the whiteness degree of the blend fabric, followed by the bleaching temperature and time. The experiment results showed that the activated peroxide system could provide an optimal performance under the conditions of 7.5 g/L TBCC, 50 ℃ and 30 min. By comparing with the conventional peroxide bleaching, the activated peroxide system increased the whiteness degree of the blend fabric from 41.44 to 55.40, decrease the strength loss rate in warp direction from 9.9% to 3.1%, and decrease the weight loss rate from 6.1% to 3.1%.
