中间相炭微球活性炭吸附苯酚动力学模型研究

Kinetic Model of Adsorption of Phenol by Mesophase Carbon Microspheres Activated Carbon

摘要 以中间相炭微球为原料,采用碱活化法制备高比表面积活性炭。通过探究活性炭吸附过程的动力学模型变化,寻找最适合吸附模型,探讨吸附原理和吸附机制。结果表明:温度低于50℃,吸附以准二级模型为主;温度高于50℃,吸附以准一级模型为主;活化能为25.95kJ/mol。这说明活性炭孔径较大,扩散速度快,吸附过程受控于吸附质(苯酚)与吸附剂(活性炭)表面之间的作用。 The activated carbon with high specific surface area was prepared from mesophase carbon microspheres by alkali activation method. By exploring the dynamic model change of activated carbon adsorption process, the most suitable adsorption model was found, and the adsorption principle and mechanism were discussed. The results showed that when the temperature was lower than 50℃, the adsorption followed mainly quasi secondary model;when the temperatures was above 50 ℃, the adsorption followed mainly quasi first order model. The activation energy was 25.95 kJ/mol. This indicated that the pore size of activated carbon was large, the diffusion speed was fast, and the adsorption process was controlled by the interaction between the adsorbent(phenol) and the surface of the adsorbent(activated carbon).
