人工智能技术在药物不良反应监测与上报中应用的研究进展

Progress of studies of artificial intelligence in surveillance and report of adverse drug reactions

摘要 人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)是利用计算机、软件及算法等工具,模拟、延伸和扩展人的智能的相关技术和系统,目前已在许多领域有很好的应用。本文对药物不良反应(adverse drug reaction, ADR)监测与上报领域中AI技术的应用范围和使用现状进行分析和评价。系统检索了PubMed、Embase、CNKI、万方、SinoMed等中英文数据库中将AI技术应用于ADR的实践(研究)。发现ADR监测与上报领域中AI应用涉及ADR的辅助诊断、信号预测、ADR提取和ADR报告偏倚分析等,且AI技术优于传统的人工手段或传统的计算机技术,但多为方法学开发和验证,有待于更多的证据证明其应用效能。 Artificial intelligence(AI) techniques are complex mathematical models which based on adequate computers,software, tosimulates and extends human intelligence, and it has been widely used in many fields. We analysed and evaluated the application scope and current situation of AI technology in the field of adverse drug reaction(ADR) monitoring and reporting. The database of PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang and SinoMed was searched to retrieval studys of ADR-related clinical affairs by artificial intelligence. The results showed that AI applications in the field of ADR monitoring and reporting involved ADR aided diagnosis, signal prediction, ADR extraction and ADR report bias analysis, and AI technology was superior to traditional manual means or traditional computer technology, but most of them are methodological development and validation. More evidence is needed to prove its application effectiveness.
