不同氮水平对黄瓜抗蚜性和保护酶活性的影响 预览 被引量:1

Preliminary study of nitrogen content on cucumber aphid resistance and protective enzymes activities

摘要 以黄瓜抗蚜品系EP6392和感蚜品系JY30为试验材料,研究不同氮水平(56、126、196、266和336mg·L-1)水培溶液对蚜虫繁殖的影响及其与黄瓜叶片保护酶活性的关系。结果表明:在供试氮水平范围内,黄瓜感蚜品系JY30于蚜虫侵染8d后,单株蚜虫平均数量随溶液氮水平的增加而持续增加,而抗蚜品系EP6392叶片种群数量增长无显著规律;接蚜虫后不同氮水平的抗蚜品系EP6392叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均显著高于未接蚜虫对照,且抗蚜品系SOD活性均显著高于感蚜品系,而感蚜品系JY30接虫后CAT活性均显著低于未接蚜虫对照。这一研究提示氮水平上升能促进黄瓜感蚜品系的蚜虫繁殖能力;黄瓜抗蚜性与植株体内SOD、CAT活性密切相关。 The effects of different nitrogen content (56,126,196,266 and 336mg·L-1)on aphids’ propagation and the relationship with the changes of protective enzymes activities of resistant cucumber lines EP6392 and susceptible cucumber lines JY30 leaves were studied.The results showed that the average aphids numbers increased with the increase of nitrogen contents in the susceptible JY30,while no significant change was observed in the resistant EP6392;SOD,POD and POD activities were significantly higher in aphid infected EP6392 leaves when compared to the uninoculated control;SOD activities in EP6392 were significant higher than those in JY30.On the contrary,CAT activities were significantly lower in aphid infected JY30 leaves when compared to the uninoculated control.In conclusion,nitrogen content might positively correlated with aphid fecundity in the susceptible cucumber line.In addition,activities of SOD and CAT enzymes may contribute to cucumber aphid resistance.
