热处理对赤拟谷盗死亡率的影响

摘要 为弄清赤拟谷盗的热死条件,利用恒温烘箱热空气法研究其死亡率的影响。设置不同温度-时间组合条件,研究对赤拟谷盗成虫、幼虫死亡率以及幼虫化蛹率的影响。结果表明,采用48℃处理20min以上时才能对化蛹产生明显干扰作用;52℃高温处理短时间对化蛹无影响。在供试的所有温区范围(48~52℃)内,1min处理时间对赤拟谷盗的致死均无效,同时只要采用足够长的处理时间各温度条件均能达到良好防效。48℃处理温度、处理时间≤15min对成虫死亡率无任何影响,说明成虫对热处理耐受能力强于幼虫:48℃温度下成虫的临界致死时间为20min,总之,52℃×3min的处理条件能耗低,致死效果显著,建议在无敏感植物材料储存的仓库中推广应用。 To find out Tribolium castaneum heat dead conditions,using the method of constant temperature oven hot air to study the effect of the mortality rate.Set different temperature-time combination condition,study of Tribolium castaneum beede adult and larval mortality and the influence of rate of larva,pupa.The results show that the 48℃when handling more than 20 min can produce significant interference effect to pupate;52℃high temperature short time no influence to pupate.All the range of temperature in the selected(48~52℃),1min to fit processing time Tribolium castaneum of death are invalid,at the same time as long as enough long processing time by using the temperature conditions can achieve good control effect.At 48℃treatment temperature and treatment time for 15 min or less adult mortality rates without any influence,showed the adult to heat tolerance abihty stronger than the larvae.At 48℃temperature adult critical lethal time of about20 min.All in all,52℃x 3min the processing conditions of low energy consumption,lethal effect is remarkable,suggest that in the absence of sensitive plant materials stored in the warehouse.
