光伏电站无功功率控制能力检测及优化方法 预览

摘要 大中型光伏电站应配置无功电压控制系统,具备无功功率及电压控制能力,针对某光伏电站开展无功功率控制能力检测,发现其响应时间、调节精度不满足GB/T 29321-2012《光伏发电站无功补偿技术规范》的要求,分析该光伏电站无功率控制系统性能较差原因,并提出改进措施。对系统优化后再次检测,其响应时间、调节精度满足要求,提升了该光伏电站无功功率控制系统性能,为光伏发电调度提供辅助决策。 Large and medium-sized photovoltaic power plants should be equipped with reactive power and voltage control system.The reactive power control capability of a photovoltaic power plant is tested.It is found that the response time and adjustment accuracy of the system do not meet the requirements of GB/T 29321-2012'Technical Specification for Reactive Power Compensation of Photovoltaic Power Station'.The reasons for poor performance of the PV power plant control system are analyzed,and improvement measures are put forward.Thirdly,the response time and adjustment accuracy meet the requirements,which effectively improves the performance of the reactive power control system of the photovoltaic power plant and provides assistant decision-making for photovoltaic power dispatching.
