活性污泥工艺中微量污染物生物降解机制研究进展

Research Progress on Biodegradation Mechanisms of Trace Pollutants in Activated Sludge Process

摘要 活性污泥工艺对微量污染物的去除已成为近年研究热点,对削减微量污染物具有重要意义。微量污染物在活性污泥工艺中通过微生物代谢和共代谢作用被降解,其降解途径受氧化还原等基本工况条件影响。探讨了以微量污染物为碳源的异养降解、脱氮过程共代谢降解、厌氧降解等降解机制及研究进展,从降解路径、参与微生物及酶、中间产物等角度,对不同代谢过程中微量污染物的降解进行解析。好氧异养代谢和硝化过程共代谢对微量污染物降解贡献较大,缺氧反硝化过程及厌氧代谢过程能降解少量好氧过程难以降解的微量污染物。未来应从优化工艺组合及构建降解模型的角度着手,研究微量污染物在活性污泥工艺中的降解动力学、中间产物及生物毒性。 The removal of trace pollutants by activated sludge process has become a hot research topic in recent years,and it is of great significance to reduce trace pollutants. The trace pollutants were degraded by microorganism in activated sludge process through metabolism and co-metabolism processes.Redox conditions and other basic conditions affected the degradation of trace pollutants. In this study,research progress on degradation mechanisms of trace pollutants such as heterotrophic degradation,cometabolism degradation in nitrogen removal process,and anaerobic degradation were reviewed. The degradation of trace pollutants in different metabolic processes was analyzed from the perspectives of degradation pathways,microorganism and enzymes involved and intermediate products. The results showed that the aerobic heterotrophic metabolism and co-metabolism during nitrification contributed greatly to the trace pollutants removal. While a small amount of trace pollutants which were reluctant in aerobic process could be degraded in the process of anoxic denitrification and anaerobic metabolisms. In the future,degradation kinetics,intermediate products and biological toxicity of the trace pollutants in activated sludge process should be investigated from the perspective of process optimization and model simulation.
