碳纤维复合材料格栅横向传热影响因素分析 预览

摘要 先进复合材料格栅结构作为一种新型结构形式,国内外已经开始了相关设计与研究。本文以碳纤维六边形蜂窝夹层结构为研究对象,基于三维各向异性热传导理论及复合材料的一般理论,采用有限元计算方法,同时考虑热传导和热辐射两种传热形式对温度场的影响作用,利用有限元模型计算温度场,归纳计算结果,讨论了面板厚度、格栅厚度、复合材料发射率以及胞元结构长径比对结构温度场的影响。分析结果显示:碳纤维复合材料格栅结构与传统的铝蜂窝夹芯结构传热模式不同,热辐射占据了碳纤维复合材料格栅热传导的最大权重。 As a new type of structure,advanced composite grid structure has already started relevant design and research all over the world. In this paper,based on the theory of three-dimensional anisotropic heat conduction and the general theory of composite materials,the finite element method is used to calculate the influence of heat conduction and heat radiation on the temperature field at the same time. By calculating the temperature field,summed up the calculation to discuss the effects of the thickness of the panel,the thickness of the grid,the emissivity of the composite material and the ratio of the length to diameter of the cellular structure. The results show that,on the fact of heat transfer mode,the structure of the carbon fiber composite material is different from the traditional aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure,and the radiation heat transfer occupies the maximum ratio of the heat conduction.
