催化裂化液化石油气脱硫醇系统改造措施 认领

Revamping measures for mercaptan removal system of FCC LPG

摘要 中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司催化裂化液化石油气脱硫醇系统采用纤维膜接触技术及碱液空气氧化再生循环技术,改造前存在液化石油气脱硫醇系统精制液化石油气中硫醇硫含量偏高、甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)总硫偏高、现场碱液更换频繁、碱渣外排量大(约1500 t/a)等问题。通过分析原因,采取预碱洗、使用功能强化助剂、三相混合氧化再生、固定床催化剂等措施,改造后装置精制液化石油气总硫含量可达标、硫醇硫质量浓度可达10 mg/m 3以下,MTBE硫含量达标,保证再生碱液品质的同时碱渣排放量降至350 t/a,达到了安全环保、节能降耗的目的。 Fiber membrane contact technology and alkali liquor air oxidation recycling technology are used in the FCC LPG mercaptan removal system of SINOPEC Hainan Refining&Chemical Co.,Ltd..Before the revamping,there are many problems in refining LPG by LPG mercaptan removal system,such as the high content of mercaptan sulfur,the high total sulfur of MTBE,the frequent replacement of alkali liquor on site,and the large discharge capacity of alkali residue(about 1500 TYP).Through the analysis of the causes,the technical measures such as pre alkali washing,function strengthening assistant,three-phase mixed oxidation regeneration and fixed bed catalyst are taken.After revamping,the total sulfur content of refined LPG of the unit can reach the standard,the mercaptan sulfur concentration can reach below 10 mg/m^3,and the sulfur content of MTBE can reach the standard,so as to ensure the quality of regenerated alkali liquor and reduce the discharge of alkali residue to 350 TYP,so as to achieve the purpose of safety,environmental protection,energy conservation and consumption reduction.
