高校辅导员心理健康教育能力建设的偏失及应对

On the Missteps and Responses of Construction of the Ability of Mental Health Education for College Counselors

摘要 加强高校辅导员心理健康教育能力建设,既响应了高校思想政治"心理育人"体系构建的时代需求,也体现了大学生心理健康教育现实的迫切需要。但是当前高校辅导员心理健康教育能力建设尚存在着顾此失彼、主次颠倒、本末倒置的问题,具体表现为:思想政治教育与心理健康教育定位混乱;以个体咨询能力为主,以集体预防能力为辅;重心理治疗能力,轻事件预防能力。高校辅导员心理健康教育能力建设可从以下三方面入手:一是以思想政治教育能力为"体",以心理健康教育能力为"用";二是以集体心理健康教育能力为主,以个体心理咨询能力为辅;三是以心理事件预防能力为重点,以心理治疗能力为补充。 Strengthening the construction of mental health education ability for college counselors'not only re-sponds to the needs of the times for the construction of ideological and poltical“psychological education”system,but also reflects the urgent needs for the reality of college students’mental health education.However,there are still some problems in the construction of college counselors’mental health education ability,such as missing one from the other,reversing the primary and the secondary,and having the order reversed,which are embodied in the confused orientation of ideological and political education and mental health education,the individual consultation ability as the dominant and the collective prevention ability as the auxiliary,emphasizing psychotherapy ability while ignoring event-prevention ability.The construction of college counselors'mental health education ability can be started from such three aspects as:first,taking the ability of ideological and political education as“body”and the ability of men-tal health education as“use”;second,taking the ability of collective mental health education as the dominant and the ability of individual psychological consultation as the auxiliary;third,taking the ability of psychological event preven-tion as the key and the ability of psychotherapy as the supplement.
