Objective To understand the implementation and nursing effect of postpartum continuous care. Methods 100 cases of maternal women from April 2016 to July 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given postpartum continuous nursing intervention. The two groups were compared with the exclusive breastfeeding rate;postnatal self-care cognition level, postpartum compliance behavior;HAMD depression scale score and SDS score before and after treatment;puerperal complications. Results The observational group’s exclusive breastfeeding rate, HAMD depression scale score, SDS scale score, postnatal self-care cognition level, postpartum compliance behavior, and puerperal complications were superior to the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Maternal implementation of postpartum continuous nursing intervention is effective, and improve the patient’s self-care ability and compliance behavior, reduce the incidence of complications during puerperium, and improve the maternal exclusive breastfeeding rate.
