复合型煤炭自燃阻化剂的制备及性能研究

摘要 为了开发出环保高效的无机—有机复合型煤炭阻化剂,通过先添加3%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液在煤体表面形成一层有机高分子覆盖膜,然后与10%的水滑石混合,在其表面形成一层吸水隔热层,以两步法制备得到聚丙烯酸酯-MgAl水滑石复合阻化剂,并研究了其热解特性及阻燃性能。TG-FTIR试验证明,新型阻化煤样的TG特征温度显著提高,并能够抑制氧化燃烧过程中H2O、CO2以及CO的释放,阻化性能试验证明其阻化率及阻燃稳定性得到显著提高。可见两步法制备的聚丙烯酸酯—水滑石煤炭阻化剂发挥无机阻化剂与有机阻化剂的协同作用,能够应用于煤炭自燃的阻燃领域。 In order to develop a new type inhibitor for coal spontaneous combustion with high efficiency,a new polyacrylate-Mg/Al hydrotalcite compound inhibitor was prepared by a two-steps method.3 percent of polyacrylate emulsion was mixed with coal particle to form an organic polymer-film in the first step.Then 10%percent of Mg/Al hydrotalcite aqueous solution was added so that a water-absorbing and heat-insulating layer was formed on the surface of the coal particle.The pyrolysis characteristics and retardant properties of the polyacrylate-Mg/Al hydrotalcite inhibitor were studied.TG-FTIR results showed that the inhibitor can increase the characteristic temperatures significantly,and can inhibit the release of H2O,CO2 and CO in combustion process.The inhibiting performance results showed that the inhibition effect of the coal can be increased obviously because of the compound inhibitor.It was concluded that the new polyacrylate-Mg/Al hydrotalcite compound inhibitor prepared by a two-steps method showed a synergy effects between organic and inorganic inhibitor which can be used in the field of retarding coal spontaneous combustion.
