A new type of mine rotary sieve was designed. Seven sieve plates are installed on the rotary shaft,and the rotation of the rotary shaft and sieve plate is driven by frequency conversion motor. The spacing between the sieve bars was designed according to the requirements of material screening so as to achieve the purpose of classification and separation of coal mine materials. According to the size of the sieve,more than two rotating sieve can be used in series. Through EDEM and ANSYS simulation,the rationality of the design was demonstrated. Through the prototype test,it was proved not only that the coal ore can be screened well,but also has the advantages of energy saving,environmental protection and low cost.
