泰优398双季直播栽培模式周年产量、品质与经济效益分析

Analysis of Annual Yield,Quality and Economic Benefit of Taiyou 398 Double Season Direct Seeding Cultivation Mode

摘要 为解决双季稻种植地区早季落粒谷严重影响晚季稻米品质的问题。以优质晚稻品种泰优398为试验材料,进行双季兼用直播,分析其周年产量、品质与经济效益。结果表明:泰优398早季直播生育期为109 d,晚季直播生育期比早季延长了7 d;稻米品质表现为早、晚稻的出糙率和精米率差异不显著,晚稻的整精米率显著高于早稻;晚稻的直链淀粉含量、胶稠度高于早稻,其中直链淀粉含量差异不显著;RVA谱特征值表现为晚稻的峰值粘度、热浆粘度、冷胶粘度、崩解值均显著高于早稻。周年产量为16.29 t/hm^2,早季稻谷作为晚季稻谷卖,净收益为13671.74元/hm^2,一般农户种植净收益为12326.47元/hm^2,双季直播净收益较一般农户种植提高了10.91%。因此,双季直播优质稻能够在保证产量和品质的情况下,提高水稻种植的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem that early-season grain falling seriously affects the quality of late-season rice in double-cropping areas,we used high-quality late rice variety Taiyou 398 as material for double-cropping direct seeding to analyze its annual yield,quality and economic benefits in this study.The results showed that the growth period of Taiyou 398 was 109 days in the early season.It was 7 days longer in the late season than in the early season.There was no significant difference in rice quality between early and late rice,roughness and milled rice rate,and the whole milled rice rate of late rice was significantly higher than that of early rice.The amylose content and gel consistency of late rice were higher than that of early rice,and there was no significant difference in amylose content.The characteristic values of RVA spectrum showed that the peak viscosity,hot slurry viscosity,cold gum viscosity and disintegration value of late rice were significantly higher than those of early rice.Annual yield was 16.29 t/hm^2.Early rice could be sold as late rice.Net income was 13671.74 yuan/hm^2,and average farmer’s net income was 12326.47 yuan/hm^2.Net income of double-season direct seeding was 10.91%higher than that of ordinary farmer.In summary,double-cropping direct seeding of high-quality rice can improve the economic benefits of rice cultivation under the condition of ensuring yield and quality.
