二元乙丙橡胶在聚丙烯共混改性中的应用

Application of binary ethylene-propylene rubber in modification of polypropylene blending

摘要 以二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)和乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)为增韧改性剂,分别与聚丙烯(PP)进行共混改性,并对共混物的加工性能、物理性能及力学性能进行表征。结果表明,在相同的工艺配方与加工工艺条件下,EPM/PP共混物与POE/PP共混物的熔融指数、热变形温度、拉伸强度以及弯曲强度等性能基本相近,并且随着EPM与POE用量的增加,上述数值随之降低。室温下(23℃),当EPM与POE的质量分数为8%时,两种共混物的简支梁缺口冲击强度与悬臂梁缺口冲击强度相近;但当EPM与POE的质量分数为12%时,EPM/PP共混物的两种缺口冲击强度显著高于POE/PP共混物。低温下(-30℃),当EPM与POE的用量相同时,两种共混物的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度相近,并且随着EPM与POE用量的增加,两种共混物的悬臂梁缺口冲击强度也有增加的趋势。 Polypropylene(PP)was toughened by blending with binary ethylene-propylene rubber(EPM)and ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)respectively which acted as toughening modifiers,and then the processing properties,physical properties and mechanical properties of the blends were characterized.The experimental results showed that values of melt flow rate,heat deformation temperature,tensile strength and bending strength of EPM/PP blends and POE/PP blends were nearly equal under the same technical formulas and processing conditions,and the values decreased with the content of EPM and POE increasing.At room temperature(23℃),values of notched beam impact strength and notched izod impact strength of EPM/PP blend and POE/PP blend were nearly equal when the content of EPM and POE was 8wt%,but the values of EPM/PP blend were significantly higher than POE/PP blend when the content of EPM and POE was 12wt%.At low temperature(-30℃),values of notched izod impact strength of EPM/PP blend and POE/PP blend were nearly equal when EPM and POE had the same content,and the values also had a tendency to increase with the content of EPM and POE increasing.
