DOC+CDPF对燃用F-T柴油的防爆柴油机排放性能影响 预览

摘要 为研究排气后处理设备对燃用F-T柴油的防爆柴油机性能的影响,以发动机台架试验为平台进行防爆柴油机11工况点试验,对比分析在燃用F-T柴油的防爆柴油机上安装催化型连续性再生颗粒捕集器(DOC+CDPF)前后发动机排放性能的影响。同时进行1400 r·min^-1和1800 r·min^-1负荷特性试验,对比分析防爆柴油机燃用0#柴油和F-T柴油时DOC+CDPF对尾气的转化效率。结果表明:在防爆柴油机加装进排气阻火器和水洗箱的基础上,在11工况点下,使用DOC+CDPF耦合设备时,可使CO、NOx和PM排放分别平均降低100%、8.5%和81.5%。DOC+CDPF装置能够对燃用F-T柴油的防爆柴油机的排放性能明显改善,但燃用0#柴油时的NOx和PM排放降低率比燃用F-T柴油时高。 In order to study the effect of exhaust after-treatment equipment on the performance of explosionproof diesel engine using F-T diesel fuel,the engine bench test is used as a platform to test the discharge performance of the explosion-proof diesel engine for 11 working conditions.Contrast the performance of the diesel engine with F-T diesel on a catalytic continuous regenerative particle trap(DOC+CDPF)before and after the engine emission performance.At the same time,the load characteristics test of 1400 r·min^-1 and 1800 r·min^-1 was carried out,and the conversion efficiency of DOC+CDPF to tail gas when using 0#diesel and F-T diesel for explosion-proof diesel engine was compared and analyzed.The results show that on the basis of the installation of flame arresters and washing tanks for the explosion-proof diesel engine,when DOC+CDPF coupling equipment is used under the eleven operating conditions,the emission of CO,NOx and PM can be reduced by 100%,8.5%and 81.5%respectively.The DOC+CDPF coupling device can significantly improve the emission performance of the explosion-proof diesel engine using F-T diesel.However,the reduction rate of NOx and PM emissions when burning 0#diesel is higher than that when burning F-T diesel.
