正流量挖掘机动臂液压系统仿真与实验研究 预览

摘要 正流量液压挖掘机主泵提供的流量与给定的控制信号成正比例关系,可以实现流量的按需供给,操控性好,传动效率高,在中型挖掘机中得到广泛的应用。液压挖掘机的动臂动作频繁,能量消耗大,对动臂动作的研究具有重要的意义。以正流量挖掘机动臂液压系统为研究对象,建立了动臂液压系统的仿真模型,并在样机上进行了实验测试。结果表明正流量挖掘机起臂时主泵的压力裕度为1.5 MPa,落臂时主泵的压力裕度为0.5 MPa,正流量控制挖掘机的动臂缸控制特性很好的体现了驾驶意图,操控性好,传动效率较高。 The flow provided by the main pump of the positive flow control hydraulic excavator is proportional to the given signal, which can realize the on-demand supply of flow, Positive flow system with good maneuverability and high transmission efficiency, so that it is widely used in medium excavators. The boom of hydraulic excavator has frequent movements and high energy consumption, which is of great significance for the study of the boom hydraulic system. The hydraulic system of the positive flow excavator boom is taken as the research object, and the simulation model of the boom hydraulic system is established, and the experimental test is carried out on the prototype. The results show that the pressure margin of the main pump is 1.5 MPa when the boom moves upward, and the outlet pressure of the main pump increases by 0.5 MPa when the boom falls. The control characteristics of the positive flow control excavator’s boom cylinder well reflect the driving intention, and positive flow system has good control performance and higher transmission efficiency.
