为满足低渗油田回注水的水质要求,采用自行设计并建造的功能陶瓷膜含油污水处理装置对油田回注水进行处理,试验研究了进水中悬浮物浓度、悬浮物粒径中值及含油量对功能陶瓷膜处理装置运行效果的影响,当进水中悬浮物质量浓度低于120 mg/L、悬浮物粒径中值小于5μm以及油质量浓度小于80 mg/L时,功能陶瓷膜装置的出水水质达到SY/T 5329—2012《碎屑岩油藏注水水质指标及分析方法》中低渗油田回注水水质“5.1.1”标准,并且装置已连续运行超过6个月,出水水质保持稳定。
In order to meet the water quality requirement of low permeability oilfield reinjection water,a self-designed and constructed functional ceramic membrane oily water treatment device was used to treat oilfield reinjection water.The effects of suspended solids concentration,suspended solids median particle size and oil content on the operation effect of the device with functional ceramic membrane were studied.When the suspended solids concentration in influent water was lower than 120 mg/L,the suspended solids median particle size was less than 5μm and the mass concentration of oil was less than 80 mg/L,the effluent water quality of the functional ceramic membrane device reached the 5.1.1 standard of low permeability oilfield reinjection water quality in SY/T 5329—2012 Water Quality Standard and Partice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs.The device had been running continuously for more than 6 months,and the effluent water quality remained stable.
