第七次(2019年)全国优良食味粳稻品评结果报告 预览

Evaluation Results of the Seventh(2019)Nation-wide Japonica Rice Varieties with Better Palatability

摘要 北方稻作协会组织品评专家组人员、专业品评员、日本专家等共41人,对来自我国14个省市自治区的28个粳稻品种进行品评。江苏武进稻麦育种场选育的武育粳3号(84分)为基准米品种,日本新泻越光参与品评。评选出一等奖3个、二等奖6个、三等奖9个、优秀奖10个。从品评过程及结果来看,后备优良食味品种越来越多,水稻食味研究地域越来越大;品评员已作为中坚力量参与品评;应不断加大水稻食味品评研究的力度。 41 professional judger which from evaluation expert,the judger and japanese expert were invited to evaluate 28 japonica rice samples from 14 provinces which selected from nation-wide varieties in the tasting activity.3 first prizes,6 second prizes,9 third prizes and 10 honorable prizes were appraised and elected in the activity which used wuyugeng-3(Score 84)as benchmark rice,the Koshihikari from Niigata Prefecture take part in the evaluation.From the analysis of effect,more and more japonica rice varieties with better palatability appeared continuously and the geographical coverage was more and more widely;professional judgers were the nucleus to take part in the evaluation;it should to do more work on studying the palatability evaluation.
