摘要 研究在不同的包裹浓度下,改性有机硅对粘结钕铁硼磁体的磁性能及压缩强度的影响。通过改性,磁体的磁性能及密度提高,压缩强度随着改性物质含量增加显著提高;包裹剂的丙酮溶液浓度为4.0%wt时磁性能最好;包裹剂相对于磁粉的含量对磁体的磁性能无太大影响,但对压缩强度有明显影响。 The influence of modified organic silicon on magnetic properties and compression strength of bonded NdFeB magnets was studied. After being modified the magnetic properties and the density of the magnet are both improved and the compression strength is raised markedly with increasing of the content of the modified substance.The magnetic properties of magnet are the best when the concentration of cladding's acetone solution is 4.0% wt. Compared to the magnetic powder the content of cladding has little effect on the magnetic properties but obvious influence on the compression strength.
