煤层大跨度切眼扩面联合支护技术研究 预览

摘要 以8309工作面为研究对象,分析了切眼围岩受风化作用、断层构造及顶板含水层砂岩的影响,导致岩层强度低,造成支护困难.提出切眼采用锚网索、单体液压支护挑棚联合支护,分别设计了支护参数.通过监测顶板和侧帮位移量对支护效果进行检验,结果表明导硐施工和扩面时围岩没有出现明显增大,表明支护取得了良好的效果. Taking 8309 working face as the research object, this paper analyzes the influence of weathering, fault structure and roof aquifer Sandstone on the surrounding rock of cut hole, which resulted in low rock strength and difficult support. It is proposed that the combined support of bolt-mesh-cable and single hydraulic support is adopted in the cut hole, and the supporting parameters are designed separately. The supporting effect is tested by monitoring the displacement of roof and side wall. The results showes that the surrounding rock did not increase significantly during the construction and expansion of the pilot tunnel, indicating that the supporting effect is good.
