乙醇制乙腈催化剂的制备与研究 预览

摘要 通过共沉淀法制备了乙醇脱氢氨化制乙腈的催化剂。考察了制备方法对催化剂活性的影响,并简单探讨了催化剂结构与催化活性的关系,结果表明:采用并加法制备的催化剂,焙烧温度400℃,催化剂金属比Cu∶Zn∶Al∶Ti为5∶6∶6∶3时,催化剂的活性最高,此时,乙醇的转化率和乙腈的选择性分别为95.5%和92.5%。 The catalysts for dehydrogenation and ammoniation of ethanol to acetonitrile were prepared by coprecipitation method. The influence of preparation methods on catalyst activity was investigated, and the relationship between catalyst structure and catalytic activity was briefly discussed. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by simultaneously adding method had the highest activity when the metal ratioof catalyst, Cu :Zn :Al :Ti was 5 :6 :6 :3 and the calcination temperature was 400℃. At this time, the conversion of ethanol and the selection of acetonitrile were the best, which was 95.5% and 92.5% respectively.
