The catalysts for dehydrogenation and ammoniation of ethanol to acetonitrile were prepared by coprecipitation method. The influence of preparation methods on catalyst activity was investigated, and the relationship between catalyst structure and catalytic activity was briefly discussed. The results showed that the catalyst prepared by simultaneously adding method had the highest activity when the metal ratioof catalyst, Cu :Zn :Al :Ti was 5 :6 :6 :3 and the calcination temperature was 400℃. At this time, the conversion of ethanol and the selection of acetonitrile were the best, which was 95.5% and 92.5% respectively.
