经皮神经电刺激联合加巴喷丁胶囊对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效 预览

摘要 目的研究经皮神经电刺激联合加巴喷丁胶囊对带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法选择我院带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组采用经皮神经电刺激,观察组联合口服加巴喷丁胶囊,比较两组疗效、VAS评分、T细胞亚群水平、血清SP和NPY水平、不良反应。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的CD3^+、CD4^+/CD8^+和CD4^+均明显升高,VAS评分、血清SP和NPY水平均明显降低(均P<0.05),且观察组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论经皮神经电刺激联合加巴喷丁能减轻带状疱疹患者的神经疼痛,改善免疫功能,降低外周血SP、NPY水平。
