光缆用PE护套长期自然环境老化性能的研究 预览

摘要 选择放置武汉室外1998年、2009年、2013年生产的同规格光缆,对比光缆的向阳面和背阳面的拉伸性能,衡量长期自然条件下光缆PE护套的拉伸性能变化。结果表明,随着户外放置时间的延长,光缆护套性能会发生明显的下降,黑色护套经过9年和20年的自然环境老化后拉伸强度保留率分别为92%、71%、断裂伸长率保留率分别为88%、76%,护套向阳面拉伸强度占背阳面的93.7%和71.8%,断裂伸长率占80%和96.6%;向阳面的氧化诱导期(OIT)降为32.9min、14.3min。橘色护套经过5年自然环境老化后拉伸强度保留率和断裂伸长率保留率分别为41%和1%,向阳面的拉伸强度降至背阳面强度的64.7%,而断裂伸长率仅为1.5%,橘色护套的OIT为0min。 The cable of the same specification produced in Wuhan outdoor in 1998, 2009 and 2013 were selected to compare the tensile properties of the sunny and back faces of the cable, and the tensile properties of the PE sheath under the long-term natural conditions were measured. The results show that the performance of the cable sheath will decrease significantly with the extension of the outdoor placement time. The tensile strength retention rate of the black jacket after 9 years and 20 years of natural environment aging are 92% and 71%, respectively. The elongation at break are 88% and 76%, respectively. The tensile strength of the sheath on the sunny side accounted for 93.7% and 71.8% of the back surface, and the elongation at break accounted for 80% and 96.6%. The oxidation induction period of the sunny surface (OIT) reduced to 32.9min, 14.3min. The tensile strength retention and elongation at break of the orange jacket after 5 years of natural environmental aging are 41% and 1%, respectively, and the tensile strength of the sunny surface decreased to 64.7% of the strength of the back surface. The rate is only 1.5%, and the OIT of the orange jacket is 0min.
