Objective antibiotics at the current stage have significant significance for the treatment of respiratory dis-eases in children. The purpose of this study is to explore the clinical application of antibiotics in order to verify the corresponding rationality and facilitate the promotion in the later clinical treatment process. Methods In this experi-ment, a total of 460 children with respiratory diseases were admitted to a hospital in Heze, Shandong Province from August 2016 to August 2018. The data were mainly reviewed by prescriptions, combined with different types of antibi-otics and the drug use and clinical effects produced by children were summarized and analyzed to determine the role of antibiotics, and a detailed evaluation of the final use was made. Results In the results of this experiment, 460 children took antibiotics in the course of treatment of the disease, with a total of 12 species. Only ceftazidime-type antibiotics showed some unexpected cases, accounting for 10.8%. The clinical effect was not satisfactory. Conclusion In the pro-cess of treating children's respiratory diseases, the role of antibiotics should not be underestimated, and the use of basic rationality will have corresponding positive effects, and must be promoted and applied clinically.
