协同创新视角下硏究生培养的现实困境与应对策略

The Realistic Dilemma and Coping Strategies of Postgraduate Training in the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

摘要 高等教育领域的协同创新是高等教育各培养主体围绕同一目标,相互协作、相互补充的一种行为状态。以协同创新为切入点,挖掘出当前我国研究生培养存在人才培养目标偏离社会需求、师生互动不通畅、研究生培养的开放性和科学性不足等现实困境。鉴于此,协同创新视角下研究生培养的策略是:创新研究生的入学选拔和课程设置,协同创新培养方式,引入国际化的培养模式。 Collaborative innovation in the field of higher education is a behavior state in which the training subjects of higher education cooperate and complement each other with the same goal. With collaborative innovation as the breakthrough point, this paper probes into the realistic predicaments of the current postgraduate training in China, such as the deviation of talent cultivation objectives from social needs, the lack of smooth interaction between teachers and students, and the lack of openness and scientificity of postgraduate training. The strategies of postgraduate training in the perspective of collaborative innovation include innovating the entrance selection and curriculum setting of postgraduates as well as introducing the international training mode by innovating the training methods in collaboration.
