The mode of primary school teachers’ post-profession training is the structural composition of the elements of their post training, and then helps to form a relatively stable structure and a paradigm for actionable programs. Theory, pertinence and operability are features of this kind of training. At present, this kind of training has changed from the traditional form, which mainly focuses on knowledge transmission and skill training, to modern and polyphyletic form, which can promote the professional development of teachers. This kind of training, which is university oriented, has met the transformation of the union of university and primary school. And also this kind of training, which comes from the offline training, has the transformation of offline and online combinations.
