Objective To observe the effects of emergency green channel on survival rate and clinical efficacy of patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods The patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into group A (before implementation) and group B(after implementation) according to whether the emergency green channel was implemented or not, with 60 cases in each group. The martality rate, clinical efficacy, emergency stay time and total ischemia time were compared between the two groups. Results Mortality rate, efficacy grade, emergency stay time and total ischemia time in the group B were significantly better than those in the groupA (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency green channel can shorten the emergency stay time and total ischemia time, improve survival rate and optimize clinical efficacy of patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
