还原性碳点在含铬废水中的应用研究 预览

摘要 以葡萄糖为碳源,尿素作为钝化剂,分别采用了水热法和微波法制备两种还原性较强的碳点,探讨了还原反应pH、还原剂用量、沉淀反应pH值,对含铬废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,无论水热法还是微波法制备的碳点,其对含铬废水的最佳处理效果是在pH=1.5下进行,搅拌1h,三价铬通过沉淀除去,沉淀pH=8.5左右,处理液放置沉淀3h以上。 Using glucose as the carbon source and urea as the passivating agent,two kinds of reductive carbon dots were prepared by hydrothermal method and microwave method respectively.The effects of the pH of the reduction reaction,the amount of the reducing agent,and the pH of the precipitation reaction on the treatment of chromium-containing wastewater were discussed.The result showed that regardless of the carbon point prepared by hydrothermal method or microwave method,the best treatment effect on chromium-containing wastewater is carried out at pH=1.5,stirring for 1 h,trivalent chromium is removed by precipitation,and the pH of the precipitate is about 8.5,and the treatment liquid is placed.Precipitate for more than 3 h.
