环保型不锈钢丝网专用清洗剂的实验研究 预览

摘要 针对传统不锈钢清洗剂应用于不锈钢丝网清洗时存在的清洗残液中含有F-和Cr^6+等物质会对环境产生永久性污染,以及"过度清洗"两方面的环境问题,开展了环保型不锈钢丝网专用清洗剂的实验研究。通过分析不锈钢丝网表面的污物类型,设计出了环保型不锈钢丝网专用清洗剂配方。实验结果表明,不同浓度的清洗剂清洗过的丝网光亮、光滑、无污物残留,用显微镜观察,不锈钢丝表面光滑,且清洗废液达到GB15580-2011磷肥工业水污染物排放标准。 Aiming at the permanent pollution of the environment caused by F ion and Cr ion in the cleaning residue of the traditional stainless steel cleaning agent used in the cleaning of stainless steel mesh, and the environmental problems of "excessive cleaning", an experimental study on the special cleaning agent for stainless steel mesh was carried out. By analyzing the type of dirt on the surface of stainless steel mesh, the special cleaning agent formula of environmental protection stainless steel mesh was designed. The experimental results show that the screen cleaned by different concentrations is bright, smooth and non-fouling, and the stainless steel wire surface is smooth through observalion, with a microscope, and the cleaning waste liquid reaches the industrial water pollutant discharge standard of GB15580-2011 phosphate fertilizer.
