慈航丹方药3种方法提取液镇痛、抗炎的比较研究 预览

Comparative Study on Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Cihang Dan Prescription Extracted by Three Methods

摘要 目的比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液(分子量≤1000 Da)对小鼠痛经模型的作用效果及抗炎作用.方法比较慈航丹方药3种方法提取液对缩宫素、前列腺素PGE1所致小鼠痛经模型及对小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿的影响效果.结果与对照组相比,慈航丹方药3种方法提取液均有极显著抑制痛经、抗炎作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);AE组、WE组与SBE组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其作用效果依次为:SBE组>AE组>WE组.结论慈航丹方药3种方法提取液均能极显著性抑制药物诱发所致痛经及具有抗炎作用;其中SBE组抑制痛经和抗炎作用最强. Objective To compare the effects and anti-inflammatory effects of three kinds of extracts of Cihang Dan prescription (molecular weight no more than 1 000 Da) on mouse dysmenorrhea model. Methods The effects of Cihang Dan prescription by the extracts of three methods on dysmenorrhea model induced by oxytocin and prostaglandin PGE1, and the effect on ear swelling and cotton granuloma in rats were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the extracts from the three methods of Cihang Dan prescription significantly inhibited dysmenorrhea and anti-inflammatory effects, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). There were also significant differences between AE group and WE group compared with SBE group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The effects were as follows: SBE group > AE group > WE group. Conclusion The three methods of Cihang Dan prescription can significantly inhibit the dysmenorrhea induced by drugs and have antiinflammatory effects. Among them, SBE group has the strongest inhibition of dysmenorrhea and anti-inflammatory.
