风力发电机绝缘状态一体化检测装置研发 预览

Design and development of integrated detection device of insulation state for wind generator

摘要 风力发电机绝缘状态现场检测对提高风电机组运行可靠性具有重要意义。本文通过分析双馈风力发电机绝缘电阻、介质损耗因数、局部放电和脉冲电压波形等非破坏性绝缘状态特征参数的现场检测技术,设计并开发了一种风力发电机绝缘状态一体化检测装置,该装置主要包括电源模块、信号测量模块、数据采集模块和软件分析模块,通过电源模块提供多参数检测所需的高压试验电源,对各参数分别进行测量分析。实际应用结果表明,该装置能实现对风力发电机绝缘电阻及极化指数、介质损耗因数、电容、局部放电和脉冲波形等多种绝缘状态特征参数的检测,检测精度满足实际要求。而且,在实际应用中可综合评估发电机的绝缘状态,避免单一参数评估的片面性,且一体化程度高。 For improving the operational reliability of wind turbines, it is of great significance to develop on-site detection technology for insulation state of wind generator. Through analyzing the on-site test methods of non-destructive insulation characteristic parameters of doubly-fed wind generator, including the insulation resistance, dissipation factor, partial discharge and pulse waveform comparison, an integrated detection device for wind generator insulation state on-site detection was designed and developed in this paper. The device consists of four modules, including power module, signal measurement module, data acquisition module and software analysis module. The power supply module provides the high voltage test power supply needed for multi-parameter detection, and each parameter is measured separately. Then, this integrated detection device is applied in on-site test for the in-service doubly-fed wind generator in the wind farm, and the test results show that this device is suitable for on-site detection of wind generator insulation characteristic parameters, such as insulation resistance and polarization index, dielectric loss factor, capacitance, partial discharge and pulse waveform, and the detection accuracy meets the actual requirements. In practical application, the device can comprehensively evaluate the insulation state of the generator, which avoids the one-sidedness of single parameter evaluation, and has a high degree of integration.
