教育信息化2.0时代师范生信息素养测评模型的构建与应用——以西部地区为例

摘要 提升师范生信息素养是建设高素质教师队伍的重要举措,开展师范生信息素养测评是培育和提升师范生信息素养的重要举措之一。该研究经过"构建理论模型—编制并修订测评工具—验证测评模型—应用测评模型"的研究过程,在西部地区分别选取了843名和1660名师范生开展预调查与正式测试,最终构建出了信效度良好、拟合度较高的师范生信息素养测评模型,该模型包括"基本信息素养""学生学习素养""教师教学素养"三大一级指标和九个二级指标。利用该模型对西部地区师范生信息素养水平开展了评估实践,发现西部地区师范生信息素养总体水平较高,但信息技术整合教学及研究创新能力尚显不足。师范生信息素养在个体、学校、学科三个层面存在差异。该研究为师范生信息素养提供了科学的测评工具,为有效培育和提升师范生的信息素养提供了参考依据。 Improving normal students’ information literacy is an important measure to build high-quality teaching staff. Evaluating their information literacy is one of the important measures to improve information literacy levels. The study followed the research process of "building a theoretical model—developing and revising the evaluation instrument—validating the evaluation model—application", selected 843 and 1660 normal students in the western region for pilot and final study respectively, and constructed a final information literacy assessment model with a good reliability, validity, and model fit. The model was composed of three firstlevel indicators-"basic information literacy", "student learning literacy", "teacher teaching literacy"-and nine second level indicators.In addition, the model was practically used to assess normal students’ information literacy level in western regions. The results showed that the overall level of information literacy was comparatively high and the information literacy levels were different in terms of individuals, schools, and disciplines. The model provided scientific evaluation tools for normal students’ information literacy assessment, and also provided references for effectively cultivating and enhancing their information literacy.
