高校师生关系异化现象审思 预览

Reflection on alienation of teacher-student relationship in universities

摘要 “‘我—它’关系”的过度彰显、“亦师亦友关系”的日渐消弭和“拟亲属关系”的过度延伸,是高校师生关系异化问题的现实表征。究其原因,与教师的权力过度泛化与责任意识不强、学校的监管机制虚设与监管人员无为及师生的功利思想浓厚与人文关怀缺失不无关系。为此,构建新型“师生共同体”、落实师德监督机制、重塑师道尊严,或许是使高校师生关系回归常态,营造良好育人环境的可能路径。 The overexpression of“I-it”relationship, the gradual disappearance of“teacher-friend relation? ship”and the excessive extension of“quasi-kinship relationship”are the realistic manifestations of the alien? ation of teacher-student relationship in universities. The reasons are related to the over-generalization of teachers' power and weak sense of responsibility, the fictitious supervision mechanism of schools, the inaction of supervisors, the strong utilitarian ideology of teachers and students, and the lack of humanistic care. To this end, the construction of a new“teacher-student community”, the implementation of the supervision mechanism of teachers’morality and the reconstruction of the dignity of teachers’morality may be the possible path to normalize the relationship between teachers and students in Colleges and universities and to create a good educational environment.
