BiOXs与羟基化g-C3N4异质结的制备与光催化性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation and photocatalytic properties of BiOXs and hydroxylated g-C3N4 heterojunctions

摘要 采用XRD和FT-IR表征方法,成功制备了羟基化g-C3N4.通过SEM和DRS表征发现羟基化g-C3N4均匀分布在BiOXs表面,且禁带宽度得到改善,异质结构筑成功.采用制备的光催化剂对20 mg/L MO模拟污染物进行光催化实验,结果显示异质结对MO降解率为67%.证明异质结的形成有利于光催化效率的提高. Firstly,g-C3N4 was successfully prepared by thermal polymerization reaction,and then hydroxylated g-C3N4 was obtained by surface hydroxylation reaction.BiOXs and hydroxylated g-C 3N 4 composite heterojunctions were prepared by solvothermal method.A series of characterizations showed that hydroxylated g-C3N4 was evenly distributed on the surface of BiOXs,which proved that the heterostructures were successfully constructed.The photocatalytic degradation experiments of MO simulated pollutants with composite photocatalysts showed that heterojunction could improve the degradation rate of MO.It is proved that the formation of heterojunction is beneficial for the improvement of photocatalytic efficiency.
